We've used White Knight Plumbing for 5-6 years now (replacing a water heater, fixing leaks and…read morereplacing toilets) and we have been absolutely thrilled with their service. Highly recommend! Also, a BIG plus with me is that they have apprentices and support them all the way to become journeymen (or journeywomen)! A journeyman plumber always comes along, makes sure everything is done correctly, and our community gets a new journeyman tradesperson! I will always support local businesses who train the next generation of skilled trades men/women!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this plumbing company. I hired them on three different occasions,…read moreand each time the work resulted in additional problems rather than solutions. Despite multiple opportunities to correct their work, the issues persisted. As of today, I have had to hire another plumbing company to repair the mistakes left behind. This has cost me additional money and time that could have been avoided with proper workmanship. Consistency and reliability are critical when it comes to plumbing, and this company failed to deliver on both. They have cost me thousands of dollars last year and the latest was today. A simple task of replacing a garbage disposal that wasn't even installed correctly caused me to have an entire new system. It had only been three years. Do not use this company whatsoever.

My experience with Black Hills, Inc. was exceptional from beginning to end…read more It began with Devin, who serviced our HVAC systems and recommended the installation of a split unit in our sunroom. From there, David Griffis took the time to provide thorough information and answer all of our questions. He was consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and highly professional throughout the entire process. Melissa did an excellent job coordinating and scheduling the installation team. One aspect of their communication that particularly stood out was the consistent updates provided through both text and email, including photographs of the technicians and notifications regarding their arrival times. This level of professionalism and customer service was truly impressive. Brian and his assistant arrived promptly, conducted themselves courteously, and completed the split unit installation efficiently and professionally. Joshua, the electrician, and his assistant then completed the electrical work seamlessly. Overall, this team of professionals provided us with an outstanding temperature control system that we will greatly enjoy in our sunroom. To further demonstrate their appreciation for their customers, they even sent us a thoughtful gift afterward. We highly recommend them.

I needed help ASAP - yard needed water for pots, bird bath, flowers. Seth came out bright and early the day I needed him and headed back to the spigot. Five minutes later, he said, "I fixed it". What?? It was the pressure valve on the top had gotten cattywockered (is that a word?). He made it all better - even demonstrating how it should look under the cap (in case I somehow mess it up again). And, no charge! He spent scheduling time and gas to come fix this! Gave me his business card and left me with a big smile. Don't find this kindness often. So thankful. Highly recommend for this company (we will be calling them for the spigot replacement - it is getting old)!
