My husband said he needed to know what the $1800 covered so Mike said, "it'll probably cost more if I give you a breakdown of the costs and our cost is not based on your income". Basically, the water tank and parts cost $800 and labor was $1000. At this point my husband said he wanted to have another estimate to which Mike replied, "good luck in finding someone to give you a better price and you're probably going to wait another 2-3 days. Enjoy your cold showers". Mike's attitude and poor customer service makes it worth a couple cold showers rather than give this company our business.

Also, a BIG plus with me is that they have apprentices and support them all the way to become journeymen (or journeywomen)! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this plumbing company. I hired them on three different occasions,…read moreand each time the work resulted in additional problems rather than solutions. Despite multiple opportunities to correct their work, the issues persisted. As of today, I have had to hire another plumbing company to repair the mistakes left behind. This has cost me additional money and time that could have been avoided with proper workmanship. Consistency and reliability are critical when it comes to plumbing, and this company failed to deliver on both. They have cost me thousands of dollars last year and the latest was today. A simple task of replacing a garbage disposal that wasn't even installed correctly caused me to have an entire new system. It had only been three years. Do not use this company whatsoever.
