What?? It was the pressure valve on the top had gotten cattywockered (is that a word?). He made it all better - even demonstrating how it should look under the cap (in case I somehow mess it up again). And, no charge! He spent scheduling time and gas to come fix this! Gave me his business card and left me with a big smile. Don't find this kindness often. So thankful.
