He coordinated with PSE to shut off the power and with the City to perform an inspection. The equipment installed was top notch and the handiwork was meticulous. Due to the condition of the existing wiring there were several problems encountered. Reuben and his son worked through the issues and successfully completed the installation. The initial estimate didn't factor in all of the additional work and materials required. But the final reckoning was very reasonable. I have used them for a couple jobs, but the best story about them is this one: Five years ago I had them install an EV charger in my garage, which is separated from the house. I dug the ditch myself to save some money, and they came and installed the conduit, the plug, and the charger itself. Recently I was looking into upgrading the charger for a new EV, and discovered that while I had paid to have them install a 50-amp circuit for the charger, they'd only installed a 30-amp circuit. And this wouldn't work for my new charger. So I called them and the following week they were at my house, digging a new ditch (they had to install larger conduit), and not only installing a new circuit, but adding a subpanel in the garage to handle the EV charger and garage lights/plugs. All under the 5-year-old contract without an additional charge! Everything is working great, and I have nothing but good things to say about their professionalism, friendliness, and commitment.
