The journeyman he sent was nothing short of amazing, truthfully I still wonder how he completed the job so rapidly. I would have to say, in my opinion this is a winning team you won't go wrong going with them.

They damaged the drywall around one of the electrical outlets, almost fell through the ceiling and…read moredamaged it and removed a thermostat. They said they would fix all the damage, but did not. We hired them to install a ceiling fan, they talked my mom into installing a whole house exhaust fan that only ventilates the attic and is not connected to any of the house so it is just an attic fan and not a "whole house" fan. I asked them to install a switch for the ceiling fan and just wire it up so I could finish it later because the fan my mom got wouldn't work on a sloped ceiling so I reduced their work, but they didn't install the switch. When I asked them to come back and install the switch, they said they couldn't touch anything connected to our old main panel, but that is obviously a lie because they had already connected an attic fan and switch to it. John the installer did a decent job, but Pam is unprofessional and very difficult to work with.

I have used them for a couple jobs, but the best story about them is this one: Five years ago I had them install an EV charger in my garage, which is separated from the house. I dug the ditch myself to save some money, and they came and installed the conduit, the plug, and the charger itself. Recently I was looking into upgrading the charger for a new EV, and discovered that while I had paid to have them install a 50-amp circuit for the charger, they'd only installed a 30-amp circuit. And this wouldn't work for my new charger. So I called them and the following week they were at my house, digging a new ditch (they had to install larger conduit), and not only installing a new circuit, but adding a subpanel in the garage to handle the EV charger and garage lights/plugs. All under the 5-year-old contract without an additional charge! Everything is working great, and I have nothing but good things to say about their professionalism, friendliness, and commitment.

Not only that, he also noticed some things that had been done poorly by a previous electrician, and he fixed them without charging extra.
