They came out on a holiday weekend to assess the problem. Our radiant heat floor system is very complex and covers a lot of square footage. They came out and did all the work necessary to fix the problem. They explained in detail the issue, possible reason for the issue and different options on how to fix it (our choice). They even spent extra time to add/change things to make our system more energy and cost efficient. The price for all of this was very reasonable, even less than we anticipated. The guys also seemed very knowledgeable which gave us a boost of confidence about the work that would be done. The quote fit well within our budget. Shawn and his crew did a great job getting our furnace and AC up to code etc. They dealt with the difficult ductwork issues in our crawl space to improve airflow to colder parts of our home. Now the air flow is much better and we are very comfortable! My neighbor is now getting a heatpump and updating his furnace too through TCS. Tahoma Comfort Systems went beyond what any other installers would have done and we are happy.

They assured me they wouldnt give up, that they would keep on it until they fixed it. Well 2 stars not one because Keith gave it his best effort, but inevitably gave up. He stopped responding to my texts, and when I called the office to see what was going on, they said that the fan that was ordered to replace mine, was incorrect, and if I wanted them to still fix it, I'D HAVE TO FIND THE FAN. Well I emailed Goodman (the maker of my unit) and they refused to work with me because I'm a home owner not a company. Basically this company gave me the run around for 3 months. Now 7 months into trying to get this damn thing fixed, and the new company i had to come in after Tahoma says theres nothing wrong with the fan. Tahoma also charged for an hour of labor, and the cost to determine what was wrong with it. (And watch out! They'll charge for an hour of labor to order your part for you as well! They only refunded that after I complained that they never quoted that before charging me) However they could never tell me what was wrong with it, and it never got fixed. Keith was great though, well, until the company told him to stop replying to us. It's OK to admit you don't know how to fix something, just tell us before we're trapped in this oven of a house in the middle of summer.

I did purchase one of there service/maintenance contracts for over year and finally realized that your not really getting any bargains for their service if something breaks down! You still have to pay out of pocket and the difference in the discount from the contract isn't worth the monthly amount they charge for the contract... And another downside to there service contract is that once you sign up your obligated to paying the contract for a whole year subscription.. No matter what company you choose to call on they all charge price for getting in their truck.. Service contracts are not worth the money they charge!!!

He cane and spent a great deal of time figuring out where the problem was. He then pulled the piece and showed me exactly what the issue was. He then told me where I i could order the part to avoid the mark up! I get the piece and it's slightly altered in that it's no longer a plug in. He again makes himself available and installs the piece,, all the while explains what he is doing and why! This guy is legit! Takes pride in his work and will be my go to guy from here on out!
