INCOMPETENT doesn't quite cover it. Hired them to remove popcorn ceiling and retexture it. The cost was 1500 dollars and the final job worthless quality. I knew when they had to keep coming back to "fix" what was wrong; large bubbles, two-tone colors, uneven texture and later hair line cracks down the middle, I had made a huge error. They offered to keep coming back, doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results, then offered insurance after I got three estimates. I was done with it all. My error was in paying the full amount. My brother visited from out of state during the summer and was appalled seeing the inferior job and did what he could to make improvements with limited time. It's obvious when someone knows what they're doing. Lesson learned. Hire reputable pros and get what you pay for. read more

Do not hire this guy. I gave this toothless fool a full list of what I wanted him to work on. He got here and started rambling on and getting distracted and flustered. Then as he started working, he removed some closet doors that were NOT on the list. Then he demanded that I replace those expensive mirrored closet doors with something that he wanted to put on. Those mirrored doors were the ones my recently deceased mother had in her bedroom so they had sentimental value. Once this fool Richard realized he removed them erroneously, he started yelling at me that he messed up and started gesticulating in a threatening manner and demanded that I let him put something cheaper on. I told him no. Then he told me he was going to stay another day because he wanted to get that right. Mind you, he could've worked on other stuff but he refused. He spends the next hour acting like he's trying to fix what he broke but I heard him back there on his phone playing TikTok videos and talking on his phone. Next thing I know, this psycho is in my house shouting at me that I need to buy new closet doors so he can come back and put them on . I pointed my phone at him and showed him that mirrored doors like mine are $300 a piece (total of $1200 for the four he screwed up by removing them) and that I'm not taking his cheap, tacky offer of $400 to fix his screw up. That's when he snapped and lost it. He started yelling and rushing towards me. I warned him not to raise his voice at me in my home and he kept getting loud with me. I asked him to leave and he started having a hissy fit that I was disgracing his integrity or something. I literally had to scream at him to get him to leave. Then he drops the bombshell that he cracked two of my other doors trying to get them back on. Then he came back into my house because he couldn't find his car keys and spent another five minutes cluelessly fumbling around my house. I yelled at him again to get out. Meanwhile, he didn't do anything else while he was here for six hours but change ceiling fans to these light fixtures I bought. That's it. He wasted my day playing on his phone and changed two lights and broke my closet doors and wouldn't even bother to do the other stuff on the list. He's an asshole. I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company and I'm using for the money to replace my doors. Comparables are $300 a piece. I will recoup my expenses for time lost and damaged done to my property as well l. Do not let this toothless P.O.S. into your house. He's a creep and an idiot. UPDATE: I HAVE SINCE REPORTED THIS INCIDENT TO THE COPS. read more
