They replaced an exterior door for me. The work was meticulously done and the finished product looked great.

We asked about another bedroom and said it'd be $1600. Said never mind and then he said he'd do it for $900. Pretty huge price gap. We still didn't accept and just did the others for the $4,000. They finished it in a day and didn't remove the furniture out of the room like they said they would. They just arranged it around doing the floor. So dust and debris got all over the tv, couch, furniture, etc. The main issue is the trimming. We waited a week for safety to take the tape off the trim. Every single peice of trim ripped off within either a week or a month. We have called and called and called. Either they don't pick up the phone or the lady says they'll call back and then they never do. I have a crawling infant who got scrapped badly from the nails sticking up from where the trim ripped. We ended up just going to Lowe's and had my dad replace the trim. Do not use this company!

If I could give a half a star, I would. It's not that the work that Robert Ivey Flooring does,…read moreit's the customer service. My husband and I built a new home. We thought many things out and knew what we wanted. We hired RIF ahead of time knowing the time slotted for ordering and scheduling. The first time one of their employees comes out to the new home site, he didn't have any samples of the stained concrete flooring we were having installed. He didn't have a business card. He measured our home and added 500 sq foot to our home and doubled the estimate we were already given. Ok. He called the next day and had the "corrected" estimate. Then after weeks of delay we finally get them out and they stained our floor. It turned out ok. They came back to install a tile master shower after 6 weeks of delays. Excuses like tile is on back order or I just don't know. We were told they would be here first thing in the morning to get started. They got here at 12:30 PM, looked at the project and left to go get lunch. Back at 2:30 PM to START our shower tile. They left at 7 PM. Promised the 3/4 of the job left wouldn't take but 1 more days work. I stopped them from leaving because my husband and I both noticed damage to our cabinets in our lavatories. Although Mr. Ivey swore they did not damage the cabinet door, he'd replace them. 4 grown men in our bathroom and he just finished telling me how he had used that side due to the other lavatory faucet wasn't working to his liking. Swore they'd be back again first thing the next day. By 3 PM the next day, I started calling. Mr. Ivey still swears he did not damage those doors and still swears he's been calling me since 8 in the morning but couldn't reach me. We gave our home and both cell numbers. There were no missed calls, no caller ID, no voice mails from Robert Ivey Flooring. Mr. Ivey proceeds to tell me he can't work with me until we resolve the cabinet door issue. So, until I agreed that he did not have to replace the broken doors, he would not finish the job. After months of missed calls, missed appointments, late show ups and just absolutely rudeness and condescending remarks directed my way, I told Mr. Ivey he was fired. He threatened to sue us. I have since hired a local man to finish our shower and am very pleased with their work. Again, it's not that Robert Ivey and his flooring staff do horrible work, it's the service that is down right despicable.

Naively gave this place 5 stars as it was easy to go into the store, match flooring, &set up…read moreeverything for pick up &installation. Should have waited until after the install. Fast forward 2 weeks. Got the flooring installed yesterday while I was out. My husband was home, but was working so he wasn't necessarily checking on what was being done (big mistake). Once I got home &looked at the finished install, the first thing I saw was the ugly quarter round. I never asked for QR, nor was I informed that I was even purchasing any to be installed (an extra $300+). I view quarter round as an easy &lazy way to hide mistakes. After I had my husband remove a piece, sure enough there was a huge gap between the flooring edge &the wall. Of course there was also a huge gap between the flooring &baseboards since the baseboards were never removed. Hence the QR. I've had flooring installations done before (carpet to wood) &the baseboards always came off. I was prepared to touch up wall paint, as I knew that the baseboards would probably sit lower than they previously were. Now, instead of simply touching up wall paint, all my baseboards will need to be either fixed or completely replaced because of all the caulking that was used. Not to mention I literally just spent thousands to have my house repainted, where they removed my baseboards, sanded, painted, then reinstalled them. It's been weeks &my toddler STILL doesn't have her own room to sleep in. I feel so frustrated &misled as all the reviews for this place were so good. I've reached out to Lumber Liquidators with these photos, but was told no one could do anything. Customer service was laughable &LL is a scam. DO NOT BUY HERE

Only to be told we can't just buy what we were quoted we have to buy the whole pallet. The lady in the Shreveport location was wonderful. The man there didn't seem like he wanted to help nor stand up. We will never recommend or use them. Walked out not giving them 400 dollars.. so when the sales are down on a high sale day, blame the big guys sitting down when you walk in!

He declared he was a qualified contractor and could give quotes to my insurance company for any additional damages discovered. Once additional damages were discovered and after a lot of time he explained that he was not equipped to handle the scope of work that needed to be addressed. During the repairs business Minogue flooring was sub contracted by my contractor Mr.Brantley to do the flooring. Minogue's workers left several razor blades around my home. Coincidentally, my German Shepherd was injured by a razor blade nearly killing him and costing several thousand in emergency vet bills. My dogs have never endured life threatening injuries except for this coincidence with the "business" Minogue Flooring. According to the Secretary of State hasn't owned that business in several years, or even an occupational license. Beware of the cabinet maker. Mr. Dupont, a retired cabinet maker. Craftsmanship like that of someone doing DIY work for the first time in a shed with limited tools. Granite counter top workers spoke barely any English and also left razor blades in my home. Their granite work was less than you would expect from a DIY Home Depot workshop for kids. The owner of Kelly's seems have no respect for service members, or the case when one lost his 13 year old daughter unexpectedly. I say this because he asked how I was enjoying hell afterwards. This is the most repulsive act of any business I have witnessed. God bless anyone who decides to do business with him. Make sure you have an excessively detailed contract if so or you will regret it.
