They came out the next day and diagnosed that it was a bad capacitor, replaced it, and the unit has ran fine ever since. The tech was very friendly, explained to me what the problem was and even looked at some concerns that I had. I could've saved myself a lot of sweat and anguish if I would've called them in the first place.

I then had to call another plumber out to fix the issue. They just had to use their commercial size auger to get it unclogged easily. I even paid extra so he can run his camera to see the issue and it ended up being toilet paper and not tree roots like Reeda plumbing said. Reeda called Monday expecting I still need their service... they think I would keep my tenant from being able to use the bathroom for a whole weekend...
