They came out the next day and diagnosed that it was a bad capacitor, replaced it, and the unit has ran fine ever since. The tech was very friendly, explained to me what the problem was and even looked at some concerns that I had. I could've saved myself a lot of sweat and anguish if I would've called them in the first place.
