I called for a quote for a leak and Craig called back right away....and took care of it after hours! He was out the next day and pointed out the pros and cons of different approaches to our long term flat roof problem. Very knowlegeable and honest. We have used them on a few rentals and have been very pleased! Be sure to ask for Craig he provides first class service. read more

Enrique came out to work on our flat room after the huge storms last February. The problem was solved in that particular area but another spot appeared in the recent storm. He came out right away and found the problem. With the rain he could only Make sure it was covered with tarps but he will return when there is a break in the weather. He also replaced our full roof on our 3600 sq foot house. All is done with care and expertise. Nothing was left behind on the property. 5 stars! read more

One of the most unprofessional companies i've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After no-showing for the first appointment I scheduled, the scheduler assured me her manager would call me to advise what time he'd be by during the 10-1:30pm timeframe today. Not only did I not hear from him, they didn't show up AGAIN. I've spent a total of 8 hours sitting around waiting for these unprofessional jerks. Zero respect for the time of others. They clearly do not give a damn. read more

My parents needed a new roof and some rot repair. After they contacted several local contractors who failed to return their calls, we went online and checked out reviews of some companies. All Weather was the one my parents chose. My dad contacted them and provided their information, All Weather did their estimate, and in short order had a crew at the house. In a day and a half, they completed the roof and repaired all the rotten areas (I believe it was over 60 squares). My dad stated that they did what they were supposed to do, and he's satisfied. He asked that I leave a review. read more

Our seventeen year old tile roof had some ridge tiles askew from the strong winds, and the All-Weather Team came out to reset the displaced tiles, re-paint the flashing, and give the roof an overall inspection to ensure it was holding up. This was an amazing experience. Enrique Sr. and Jr. Both made me feel like my roofing job was important to them. The crew were all masked, polite & friendly. At the end of each of the three consecutive days, they thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the railing and the front, back and side yards. This is a truly excellent company! read more

Enrique and his team have been excellent. They have done excellent work and come in with competitive pricing every time I have recommended them. Good guys. Busy like all good roofing companies but very helpful and friendly. read more

The WORST. I had an appointment scheduled to check a leak. They were to arrive between 1-4. Never showed up, never called. Despite the office supposedly being open until 5 (according to their voicemail message), no response to my message inquiring whether or not they planned to show up. read more

All Weather recently did some patchwork on our roof. We were pleased with the results... They gave us the lowest quote, didn't try to charge us for unnecessary extras, and cleaned up after themselves. They are friendly, easy to communicate with, and added a drainage gutter free of charge. read more

I'm not much of a yelper, but the experience I just had with All Weather Roofing I just have to give them 5 stars !! The work they did from the communication with the estimator Dave, email updates from the gals in the office, the several men on the job, to dealing with the owner Marlin, yes the owner was out a few times checking on the work and giving me updates. I like that kind of company....super nice guy. Once the work got scheduled (they are a little busy) rightly so, It got done very quick. They sent in a crew and like a tornado the roof was off and prepped for a new one, it was amazed to watch. The clean up during and after the job was great and something I was worried about not being done right, not one nail or shingle was left for me to deal with. My new roof looks amazing !!! Gutters... I have to mention the gutter man, though he is a sub contractor of All Weather, Valleyseamless.com, this 2 man team just flat gets it done, amazing work. I have a couple areas that was challenging and they passed with flying colors. The owner would check with me and run ideas by me for my approval, I like that ! I'm so impressed with there work, all seamless and the down spouts are very nice looking workmenship. Marlin surrounds himself with quality sub companies as he has to put his name on their workmenship. The payment process was pretty painless as they did not hound me for money, small down payment and final amount due when job was completed and after the permit was signed off from the inspector... yes they did all the permitting and paper work for the job.. something else I was worried about. They also do solar system, I was not in the market for a system only because we are not going to be in this house that long but if I was I would choose these guys... One last thing.. prices.. they beat the socks off the other 3 companies I had give me estimates.. I got a couple ridiculous prices, it pays to shop around and I am so happy I did and found these guys... I'm so happy with the whole process with this company...5 STARS across the board... read more

One of their trucks almost hit me on the freeway. When i honked the driver flipped me off and swerved again to try and hit me...

Best roofer I've ever hired, hands-down. Enrique and his crew are fast, efficient, reasonably-priced, honest, and are experts on roofs. As a real estate broker and investor, I come across a LOT of tradespeople, but Enrique is one of the few that gets my repeat business. He's done at least 4 roofs for me and my clients so far this year, and those are just the ones I know about -- I give out his number at least twice a month. One thing that bears mentioning -- these guys really go the extra mile. From dropping off photos and shingle samples at my office, to calling just to check up on how things are going with various projects, to reminding me to get my gutters adjusted before the next rainy season, I feel well taken care of, which is far too rare these days. I wish all my trades were like these guys. Five stars without hesitation, and -- more importantly -- my repeat business. read more

Went with them after all the positive reviews on Yelp. Enrique came to diagnose a leak in roof and also gave me an estimate to reroute a gutter than was not placed correctly in corner for a great price! Was out a few days later to fix and repair. Roof has not leaked since! I will definitely hire him again to replace my garage roof soon. Highly recommend!!! read more

We were very pleased with the work Enrique and crew did this summer to replace our aging shingle roof with a new flat roof. They completed the job ahead of schedule, with no surprises, and they left everything very neat when they were finished. The price was also very reasonable. Enrique Barraza from All Weather Roofing, was sent to my property by the management company. He was hostile, aggressive and down right rude. I told him to leave the property, because I did not have to tolerate his verbal abuse. When I attempted to take a photo of the company name and phone number, he grabbed my arm hard in an attempt to stop me. There's NEVER a reason to lay your hands on someone else!! This man is a violent lose cannon!! read more

I had a wonderful experience with all weather Roofing. I gave them a call before the rainy season started to come check out my roof . They came out and explained in detail that it was still in fair condition and all it would need be some patch work and sealing . While pointing out that the gutters and down spouts did need replacing. So instead of replacing an entire roof I only replaced the gutters what a relief in my opinion, Which they did in a very timely manner ,along with a fair price . Who's ready for the rain !! This guy !! read more

A very old friend of mine who is a contractor recommended Enrique Barraza for my work late last year. All Weather Roofing did such an excellent job I hired them again a few weeks ago for the new garage roof. I am not sure what others are talking about.in reviews. My experience is these folks are exceptional, detail oriented, meticulous and go beyond. I mean two days after it was finished Enrique sent his son to install gutter covers on my new gutters without even requesting it! And it was a Saturday. Even contractors should get the occasional week end off...right? If you are looking for a new roof, roof repair or gutter work you can't go wrong. Send me a message, happy to call you and provide the same information. read more

It's been three months and I'm still waiting for my call back from the owner of this company. My apartment company hired this company to fix our roof. However, nobody notified us ahead of time so one morning the company pooped up at my house ready to go. I figured it was no big deal since they were working outside and not inside of my house. I have a dog and luckily I kept her inside all day otherwise she would have ran away due to the employees leaving my backyard gate wide open. My husband came home and found the entire house covered in roofing dirt. All over our dishes, couches, clothes, my daughters crib! They left our backyard gate open with our garbage can knocked over and a garden statue broken in pieces. They even broke part of our roof in our garage and left our garage a mess. I have a one year old and I was 6 months pregnant at the time so smelling the debris was awful and we didn't go to sleep until 2 am due to cleaning our house. When we approached the company about this issue they blamed it on us. Saying it was our fault. Excuse me they never offered to lay down plastic inside the house to catch the debris. I'm not a professional how was I suppose to know debris would fall inside. The manager came over to "clean" and all he did was clean our cabinets which were already cleaned. Very unprofessional and disappointing. read more

I have used All Weather Roofing in Oakland for reroofing my house in September 2008 and an apartment building in 2006. (Note: there are other All Weather Roofing companies that show up in web searches, so look carefully.) I have been very pleased with them both times. My brother in law, who is a landlord and property manager, uses them for his buildings. Enrique (510-701-4449) and his group are easy to work with and very straight up about what you really need to do. They won't sell you what you don't need. Both the house and apartment building required repair to the roof deck and gutter work. They did both well. The final products are attractive. We got a 40 year composition shingle roof with 30 lb. roofing paper on the apartment building. Now that 50 year composition shingles are readily available, we opted for that on our house. If you think about the costs of a roof, you want to go with the longest lasting roof you can. Labor costs outweigh materials. Also, the roofing paper is a very important part of the system. It acts as the innermost weatherproofing barrier between your house's wood structure and rain. Get the heaviest paper available. Our house project was more complicated. We had solar panels put on at the same time as the roof, using Sungevity (510-845-5660), whom we also highly recommend. All Weather and Sungevity coordinated their work on their own initiative, which I really appreciated. You can have the mounts for solar systems installed before the shingles go on or after. We opted for pre-shingle, although both have been proven effective and weatherproof. Beyond the necessary roof repair and solar installation, we had All Weather also add rigid insulation over our detached workshop building and install 3 skylights to our house and workshop building. Two were 2 x 4 fixed skylights, the third was a Solatube-style tube skylight. I had talked with two other roofers who seemed reluctant to try doing this, although it's not at all hard for an experienced contractor to do. The rigid insulation, which was approximately 5 inches deep to make R-30, required framing around the insulation panels and adding a second wood sheath over the panels before laying paper and shingles. All Weather's prices were very competitive, both for a simple roof and for the more elaborate work described above. Their crew was courteous and neat. Given that they had to take off three layers of roof, I found very little evidence around the perimeter of our house to show that they'd ever been there. They went out of their way to help us with our project. Permitting and inspections went off without a hitch. I would recommend All Weather without hesitation for anyone looking to do a new composition roof. They also do clay tile. Good people! read more

We added some sq. footage to our house and needed roofing shingles installed. Craig gave us a very fair and competitive price. Spoke to us in detail about flashing needs where the old and new roofs join in a valley. His crew came out and had the job finished in no time at all. Craig followed up to make sure we were happy customers which we were. Would not hesititate to hire All Weather Roofing in the furture. They did a great job! read more

Very unprofessional company with a disorganized and rude receptionist who tried to deflect responsibility for the company's repeated mistakes. They no showed for their first appointment with me wo calling while I waited at home for them to show up, then scheduled a follow up for a holiday without realizing it and then tried to blame me. Failed to apologize for their own failures and I couldnt get a word in edgewise. Then they made a 3rd appt and cancelled that one too. read more

Enrique's crew worked 2+ days starting Thursday morning and finishing up on the coldest day of the year, Saturday afternoon. After speaking with several roofers I called a contractor friend and asked him for a recommendation. I was given the number for All Weather Roofing and I asked them to come by and give me an estimate... Within an hour Enrique was with me on my roof going over what needed to be done. He was friendly, very through and had the expertise and honesty I was looking for... Because of a job delay he said he would be able to start on my roof the next day at 8:00... At 8:00 his crew was at my house and working to remove the 5 previous roofs that were on my house... These guys WORKED. These guys HUSTLED. These guys CLEANED up the MESS every day... Enrique would show up on the job several times a day to give direction and instruction and hands on help... My roof looks amazing and its due to Enrique's diligence and his crews hard work. When the job was finished, he took me on the roof and walked me through the whole process and showed me ALL the work they had done in a week. It was AMAZING. These guys are professional, fast, clean and honest... I highly recommend that you call them for an estimate. You won't be sorry. read more

My experience with All Weather Roofing began very well and was promising, but continued to worsen as time went. I called AWR and Craig returned my call after the long holidays. We set up a time for him to come and check out my leaking roof. Craig inspected my roof and gave me a verbal estimate for work, with nothing written. He stated that he would call me in 3 days to arrange a time to complete the work. Almost a week passed and I had not heard from Craig so I called him and left a message for him to return my call. Instead of just communicating by phone, Craig showed up to my house unannounced. He decided to climb onto my roof again to take photos and appeared completely unorganized and flustered. He told me that he would try to complete the work the following day, but was unsure due to high winds that week. I asked that he call me in the morning to give me an update and he agreed. The entire next morning and early afternoon came and went with no call. As I was ready to move on to another company due to lack of response and communication, 2 guys showed up at my door stating that they were ready to complete the roof work. Due to my desperation to get the work completed before the next rain, I allowed the work to be done. The contractor that completed the work was very professional and informed me that Craig only serves as a figure head and businessman, but that he was the actual contractor with the license. I reviewed the work and it appeared to be done well. After completion, I readied to pay the contractor, but he declined payment, stating that an invoice would be mailed to me. An entire 3 weeks passed with no invoice. On a random night, the contractor himself hand-delivered the invoice to my wife, once again not asking for payment at that time. The invoice was for slightly more than what was quoted, but I was prepared to mail payment and move on. The following day as my family and I prepared to eat dinner (at night, about 7pm), Craig showed up at my door asking for payment at that time! I gave him the check and sent him on his way. This company's business arrangement appears to be pretty sketchy and I would never choose to hire this company again. The work appears to be done well, but this experience was NOT worth it. Please do yourself a favor and listen to this review and the review from 1/6/13 and hire another company. read more

We were referred to Enrique by our real estate broker. I called him and it took about a week for him to return my call. We made an appointment to meet at our house. My husband met him. I was not surprised that it took a little time for Enrique to call me back because I know this time of the year with all the rain and the extreme drought for years before that he must have been very busy. In fact our situation with the roof over our garage was due to the drought. We purchased the house in 2011. It was very possible the roof leaked at that time. It did not rained significantly after 2011 so we hadn't a clue if the roof leaked or not. Enrique fit us in within three days of calling me back. He and his crew did an excellent and fast job. They actually finished our garage in one day. My husband is very knowledgeable about roofing. He was present most of the day while the work was going on. He felt very good about the competency of the work and the time it took to perform. We will call Enrique anytime we have roofing problems from now on. read more

We called All Weather Roofing and we got a return call from Craig in just hours. He arranged to meet my wife and I at a time convenient for us to look at our roof and make some suggestions on what kind of roofing product would work best for us. He spent and hour going through options and made our decision easy to choose a 50 year composition shingle for our residence. We have gotten a couple of other estimates to do the roof.
