Initially it was just a few, but then around March we got a bunch and asked for retreatment. That is when the excuses started. Instead of acknowledging the chemicals should be strong enough to last 3 months, we got told that we needed a monthly or bimonthly treatment instead (in 7 years of owning these properties they have never needed more than quarterly treatments), which of course was more costly. When the retreatment was completed they recommended a couple repairs to help prevent bugs getting in which we completed. We then started getting complaints at the other properties as well. These had no recommended repairs and instead we just kept getting excuses and told to upgrade our account to pay them more. Then after our 2nd quarterly treatment in April the wheels fell off. Nonstop complaints at multiple locations. They then started making excuses claiming they are a small family company and cannot commute to our properties (didn't stop them from quoting and taking my money mind you), and started blaming me claiming that the repairs we had already completed at 1 location somehow explained the nonstop complaints at 3 of the 4 locations they treat. They then cancelled the contracts and refused to come out and retreat the properties we had already paid for through the rest of the quarter, violating the agreement we had, and continued to insist I pay them more money for them to retreat. We now have a roach problem that we are going to have to have another company fix, after just 6 months of using these SCAMMERS. Use ANYBODY ELSE

I found Rene and RP Rodent via Yelp and he was able to be on my property the same day. He was able to make a thorough inspection within his first 15 minutes and fully explained not only the severity of my situation but also the complete remediation process and the cost. The same day I had an agent from one of the big box companies come to do their inspection, and that's when I knew that René had something they did not, something critical. The agent from the big box company did not walk my property, they did not even enter the attic to look around, but they did come up with an exorbitant quote for the same work Rene suggested. That gave me the signal that Rene was trustworthy and honest about his pricing and services. I can't stress enough how warm that made me feel. Rene promised detailed camera based monitoring, the big box did not. Rene delivered humane extraction, the big box did not promise that. The rest of the services were comparable, but the price was in no way similar. I'm a man on a budget, and in my emergency the big box wanted to take what I could not give. Rene delivered superlative service and removed all doubt. I was lucky to have only adult raccoons, and extraction was completed in just two days. It was a real privilege to work with Rene on this project, and I am really fortunate to have met him and his team. They were very respectful of my property and their work was comprehensive. They went above and beyond beyond my expectations, and I don't think even the smallest mouse could nest in my attic now that they completely sealed off potential egress points not only on my roof, but all around the base of my house and all the nooks and crannies I did not consider. As he walking up, he saw the issues immediately. The very next morning, he had someone here installing cameras, one way doors and sealing the roof. Within 48 hours, we were able to catch multiple squirrels getting into the attic in several different areas we didn't know about. He has been constantly updating us with what he is catching on the cameras and is coming to seal the other holes we found tomorrow.
