5+ stars if I could. We couldn't be happier with our new shade. It was smooth from beginning to end. I can't wait to order shades for our courtyard now and an awning for our house. I would highly recommend them. I wish I could remember the name did who did our install because they were amazing!!!! What a huge difference it made on our back patio. read more

I talked to several companies before easily deciding to use All Pro Shade Concepts. I wanted an extremely large awing and sunscreen that was not only a large investment, but I wanted it installed correctly. After my initial order with All Pro, they sent out a team to inspect the home to make sure the awning and sunscreen could be installed properly. That team took photos for aid in the actual install, about 4 weeks later. The install team consisted of 5 men, which was impressive. The awing weighed over 200 lbs. The install team communicated well, were knowledgeable and quiet (no music) while they worked to install my electrical connections and then the motorized awning and sunscreen. There is absolutely no negative comment I can make. They even did a great job cleaning up after themselves. read more

I also reviewed All Pro Shade Concepts on Google. This company stands behind their warranty. I highly recommend everyone to use this company for shade installs. The techs Steve and Eric came out and did the work flawlessly. The shade looks amazing (check out pics attached). Great company with excellent customer service. Robert, I really appreciate Steve and Eric. Keep up the great work and thank you! read more

The sales guy was great. Especially for a sales person. He was informative and not pushy. The installation guy, Josh was equally great. Overall it was very quick and easy. We weren't put on a long waiting list that blames covid for "supply issues". read more

From the first contact to the last, this company was very prompt and professional. Our sales person, Bill, was very informative and thorough. Provided all options and was honest with pros and cons with all systems and materials. We purchased sun shades and roller shades for the patio. One little hiccup with a sun shade install but was dealt with quickly. Our two installers for the roller shades, Steve and Eric, arrived at the time we were told they would. They installed 2 very large roller shades that took approx 1 hr. They made quick work of the task and cleaned up after. They demonstrated the product and reminded us of warranties and provided tips on how to keep the shades integrity. Definitely recommend this company. read more

I saw an ad in one of those magazines you get in the mail. I'd been meaning to look into the shades for a while now, so I decided to check them out here. Wow. I've never seen such high ratings. And you know what? They deserve it. I spoke with Bill on the phone for a few minutes to get more information. He answered all of my questions. I schedules an estimate. He was at my house exactly on time. Mine was a small job and under the minimum, so he worked up a quote that showed me how to maximize the dollars I would be spending. Within a couple weeks, Gabriel was out to install the windows. Again, at the house right on time. He installed the screens very quickly and showed me how I could take them down in the winter if I wanted to. I emailed Bill to send over the rebate info; he sent it within 24 hours. I often put off projects because I'm not sure who to call or where to start. I could not be happier with my decision to use All Pro Shade Concepts. They did a great job. I'm sure they will for you, too. read more

I had a sunshade made for the west side of my gazebo and I could not be happier with it. Eric and Kevin did a great job of installing it and making sure I know how to operate it. I would highly recommend this company. read more

Was referred by my brother who used all pro shade concepts as we were looking for a retractable patio sunscreen. I was contacted by Bill- who explained to me on the initial conversation that he was driving and he will call me back. He did call me back the first time and got all my information and that's as far as it went. I assumed that he would be sending the samples via email and Measure but that was the last time I heard from him until I contacted him again to see where we were on the project. When I called him the second time he explained me that he gets 1000 phone calls a day which I understand. Hi again assumed that the purchase/install was moving forward After the second phone call. Again no information no updates no details so I called him a third time and he Asked if I am ready to move on with this project. After the first phone call I would assume that yes that was the plan but three phone calls later and still no information. We set up a time to meet Saturday so that we could go over color samples and he chose the time to meet. Saturday I get a phone call saying that he cannot make it and if I am able to meet on Sunday as he will take time out of his day to meet me and my wife. He then asked if I could text or call him Sunday to remind him which I did both. I called twice in on the second call left a voice message saying that this has turned into more work for me than you. There are plenty of other companies out there who are a little more professional and able to do their job in a professional manner. I understand everyone gets busy but better communication would be a step in the positive It is 1254 and I just received a text asking if we can meet at 1:30 as an update. I am over this company and will tell him that I have decided to move on due to the above details. Robert I appreciate the communication but I am not going to get into the back-and-forth of what was said and what was not. This is just one of those situations that did not work. It happens. Good luck to you and your company As I am sure I was just a glitch as you said in a busy time of year read more

I'm found my All Pro Shade Concepts customer experience card & apologize for the delay in submitting comments! I want to thank Josh for quickly and professionally installing a good number of sun shades on our exterior windows! The warmest room in our house is our master bedroom that faces SW. We can already feel a difference in the temp of the room and look forward to a cooler house & lower APS bill this summer! read more

I had my 3rd AllPro Shade product installed yesterday. Mike and Dayton did a great job with the 19 ft power screen installation and cleanup! They left the stucco on the installation area in better condition that they found it. I should have ordered this screen 4 years ago when I had my first two AllPro Shade products (screen and awning) installed. The last screen and awning have been very resilient against the harsh sun here in AZ! Motor never gave out and the wind sensor always worked to ensure no wind damage. Nice product!! read more

I had 9 windows covered with sun screen shades (others were done in previous years by another company) knowing the hot summer was around the corner. I got a mailer from All Pro Shade Concepts (APSC) and did some research to see what my options were for sun shade screen companies and reviews of companies. I decided to have APSC come out and give me an estimate. Danny came out on scheduled day. He was running late and phoned me to let me know his ETA. He arrived when said and was here 15 minutes measuring windows, compiling an estimate, and discussing guarantee and options. He was very professional and efficient. I decided to go with the estimate on the spot because I had sun screen shades installed several years ago and knew about what it would cost, and they were very competitive and reasonable for the product. Said they could have them installed in 10 days or less. They called to schedule the installation, and was scheduled within the timeframe given. The installer was a very genuine, kind person who efficiently installed the screens. No surprises. Product was good quality upon my inspection. The installer didn't have a credit card swipe issued to him that day, so the company called a couple of days later to take payment over the phone. They followed up emailing me the receipt. The product and installation are guaranteed for 2 years. I was very happy with my experience, and don't anticipate any problems. If any arise, I feel confident that APSC will take care of me. I highly recommend All Pro Shade Concepts and will use them again in the future if/when needed. read more

5 Stars all the way...and then some!!! From the beginning of the process to the end, quote to installation, everything was exceptional! My husband and I went to the Maricopa county homeshow at the end of April to get info on sunshades. Found 3 companies that we could possibly work with. The beginning of June, I contacted all 3 companies. The very next day I got an email from Jason at All Pro Shade Concepts and set up an appointment right away. The other 2 company's did not return my call or email until over a week later! (One was 9 days later, the other 10 days) I ended up telling them both that if their customer service took so long to call me back, I can only imagine what their install time would be. We passed on them both. We met with Jason within a few days of our initial contact (June 8th), he was awesome. He wasn't pushy at all. He was laid back, relaxed, friendly and professional. He did our window measurements really quick...we did not feel the need to shop around at all. Our price was very reasonable and affordable for all 28 windows on our home. (We went with the 90% black screens) Don't know if they were higher or lower than the other 2 companies, but honestly, we didn't care to know, it didn't matter. Their customer service was worth it and said it all! We did not feel like we were being taken advantage of at all. Was well worth the purchase!! Exactly 2 weeks later our screens were here. Gabriel - the installer was awesome too. He worked quick, our windows look great, and the quality is excellent!! We immediately felt the difference in temp inside our home!! There were 2 windows that needed to get remeasured, but that wasn't a big deal at all. Jason came back within a couple days and put the two screens on himself. We keep our AC set at 80 degrees and our house feels cool. Our AC doesn't have to work as hard anymore. We just left out of town for the 4th of July for a few days and the AC was off the entire time. We got home this afternoon and the outside temp in Surprise, AZ is at 114 degrees....the inside of our house is exactly 25 degrees cooler than the outside temp!!!! Again, our AC does not have to work as hard to get cool again. We monitor our APS Account daily, and we've seen a 20% drop in our usage since we've had the screens installed!! Our master bedroom sits on the Westside of the house, usually unbearably hot...that's no longer the case. Also, the Glass window pane in our master bathroom no longer feels like a greenhouse! These sunshades are definitely worth the investment and getting them from ALL PRO SHADE CONCEPTS IS A MUST!!! Don't forget to ask for Jason!! Thanks again for helping us out! We greatly appreciate it!! read more

This company demonstrated professionalism throughout the entire process: they were prompt and on-time as to the appointment for measuring and estimating the work; they provided a clear estimate with no bs (and they didn't try to upsell); they provided a specific delivery/install date (that they kept to); and they were on-time, punctual and efficient as to the install. Communication at all times was efficient and effective. I wish all trades followed All Pro Shades' professionalism..... Thanks much - we are very happy with our shades and the work performed! read more

Took me awhile to do the review for this company- our shades were installed a few months ago. Rob came out, went around the house I mentioned we needed a screen door too. Picked the color for screen & frames & had them in a week. Great install, fast and beautiful. We had to put our screen door on , because no one was home to unlock the old one! I recommend All pro Shade Concepts to everyone. read more

It's only been a few days, but we are in love with our shade screens. Robert was so helpful when it came to choosing which screens for our house and our installer (can't remember his name) did a top notch job. The sun screens/shades that were placed on all my windows and patio door look great! With painting the house a couple of months ago, and now with the "shades", my house has the best curb appeal in the neighborhood. I am so looking forward to having them decrease the amount of sunlight and heat of the summer sun. Thanks to Bill, Ana, Robert and the two (2) expert installers that showed up to do the work. Efficient work. And of course I say a resounding "yes" to recommending them to my family, friends and co-workers. read more

Getting window shades from All Pro is like adding cool Ray Ban shades to every window of your house. SRP sent out an email with a rebate opportunity that makes the window shades super reasonable. I searched for the highest rated company and All Pro was at the top of the pack. I called and spoke with the owner, Rob- and we set an appointment for a quote. Rob showed up early for the appointment and walked me through the process. Rob made short work of measuring and drawing out all my shade needs. Rob showed me the total cost for the work- and didn't have any hidden fees or charges. (Even though they are highly rated- they also had an extremely competitive price point- which I appreciated). Today a crew arrived and got right to work. Pro tip - if you are getting this done, make sure to remove your old screens as the sun shades also serve as screens. In addition- take a moment to clean the outside of your windows- you don't have to do this but will be glad you did. While it's super easy to remove the shades anytime- it's nice to have shiny clean windows with new shades- trust me. The guys did an awesome job of installing the shades. Rob's measurements were true and spot-on. The fitment is perfect and looks so sharp. My favorite thing is the privacy aspect. You can see out but you cannot see into your house from the outside during the day. So you can now leave your blinds open all day- and no UV Rays can enter or prying eyes. Highly recommend Rob and his guy's. According to SRP 50% of the heat entering your home enters through the windows. By having these shades you will mitigate that issue. Well done Rob & Co. You guys rock. read more

I highly recommend this shade company. We recently purchased a home in Arizona, and after talking to several folks in the community, this company came highly recommended. The shade is not rolling out properly and there is a nail that looks like it's holding something up. They did answer a service call about how it was rolling up, but didn't know what to do about it. We were referred to All Pro Shade Concepts by our neighbors. They came out right away and provided a quote which was very reasonable. They gave suggestions on colors and we were very happy they had several to choose from. They were able to match the frame to our home color and we already can tell the difference having them on makes. My only complaint is that the installer didn't tighten the screws on the tabs tight enough and with the very first monsoon that came through, one of the shades on the outside of the house blew off and broke in half! When I went to check how it came off, I found the tabs were very loose on that particular shade. I was able to push it back onto the window and latch it back, but it is definitely broken. I will have to see how it holds up during the next storm we have. After reviewing the warranty, it doesn't appear they will take care of this as they only cover the screen fabric and not the cost of removal or reinstallation labor, hardware or frame damage due to high winds :( Otherwise, we are very happy and highly recommend them! read more

Robert came out to my home & gave me a great quote on roll down shades for the west side of my patio. I had almost spent $10,000 on automatic shades till I met with All Pro Shades & he literally did the job for a quarter of that price & its been almost a year now and the shades are still great! I found Roberts company on the internet and saw a great video that he had on his web site which was him on TV (3 on your side) episode of the news where he gave a lady that was ripped off on Craigslist all free shades on her home. It was so cool, I had to give him a call and it turns out he is very close to my home. He also does window shades which is what I will use him for next when I am ready. read more

Adding a few updates to our newly purchased home and sun shades were a must. After finding AllPro Shade Concepts in a local magazine and reading online reviews I gave them a call for a quote. They were our first and last stop on this project. The process was very easy. Our salesman, Bill, came out to look at the project. He communicated his ETA, was punctual and very helpful. Within two weeks the installer, Josh, was here to complete the job. He too was on time, and communicated any issues he stumbled upon during the process. Issues were existing window problems that were already being addressed. Very impressed with the ease of getting sunshades and what a difference it has made! read more

Totally a Mickey Mouse company Called for an estimate. Sales Person came right out measured the space, explained the product and wrote up estimate. $2,000 lower than other estimates. He asked how his estimate compared and I told him. I'm sure he left feeling great. Estimate was for a 20' motorized patio screen. As I sat and compared estimates and remembered the old adage "If it seems to good to be true it probably is" Turns out he only bid on a 13' screen. He should have realized that a 20' screen could not be that inexpensive. Probably a bait and switch which he blamed on computer. Called and he emailed me a new estimate on same page with the numbers just crossed out. Took 2 days. Finally got contract which is TOTALLY RIDICULOUS. Warranty and guarantee not listed. He said it was on the estimate form yet contract states no other paperwork or verbal agreement are valid. If after the 3 day cancellation window has passed and the contract is cancelled PRIOR TO COMENCEMENT OF MANUFACTURING there is a 33% damage fee accessed. FOR WHAT? Salesman sales not so, even if HOA declines permit for installation. Contract says yes Contract specifically states that it can be subcontracted? Is that how they get a cheaper price? Salesman said the contract was new and he had already brought up most points with owner. In business for 20 years and just computerizing now? They have no sale material to leave and material for HOA is a snapshot. Owner has the predisposition to call any bad reviews LIES. Search for yourself his responses. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WORKING WITH THESE CLOWNS. read more

I had a great experience with All Pro Shade Concepts. Brok came out and gave a free estimate, as well as helped answer our million questions. It was supposed to take about 6-8 weeks for the shade to be made and installed, but it was done in only 4 weeks, which was a great surprise. The company was very fast to respond to a quote request, but stopped communicating once I requested them to come out. The best I could get was Tuesday or Thursday. I took Tuesday and Thursday off this week. Today is Tuesday and there was no attempt to contact. There is 0% chance that I'll take another day off to hope for a call. I tried using this company since the reviews were great, even though they were almost 30% more expensive. Business must be too busy during the summer months. The business owner attempted to contact me minutes after writing this review. These were the only two phone calls from this business. Soon after, I received a message apologizing for not reading yelp messages, and blaming me for not calling him. I also have a timestamped message from the owner last week stating that he would be out today or Thursday. read more

I read the Yelp reviews on this business as I do with all intended projects and was quite impressed. I filled out the form requesting a quote and I got an email response that said they "don't do sunscreens for porches". I had to question the response and when I did, he said "We do not screen rear porches". Now, I can't MAKE anybody do anything they don't want to, so I gave up trying. I mentioned that I see all kinds of pictures of homes with sunscreens and that I found it odd a company that boats that they're "sunscreen" providers don't make sunscreens and I was told that they only provide motorized screens for porches. Flabbergasted! I have ELEVEN 4X6 openings that I need sunscreens for and I wanted to have NEW sunscreens made to replace three older ones in one area of my home. I'll continue to shop for someone that can use the work. There must be a heck of a lot of money in those power sun shades! SOMEBODY'S overpaying to get relief from the sun. It won't be me! read more
