I have had a problem with my 4' x 9' patio sunshade since shortly after it was installed less than one year ago. This shade is on the West side and the late afternoon sun pours through the wide gaps on either side. This should have been taken into consideration when measurements were done. I had no idea the shade would not cover the entire opening. I discussed this with Robert who told me I should have selected a track or zipper shade. His only solution was to provide me with a new track shade for $1600 (my current shade already has the required motor). When discussing purchase from Pro Shade, I was only offered a zipper shade (not in my budget) or the cable shade. I now notice that the shade has shifted on the bottom rail and is completely crooked when lowered. Just talked to Robert again, and he tells me it is normal for the shade to shift and I should just slide it over so that it is centered (which I tried with no success. I have never written a negative review (or had reason to); however, anyone thinking of purchasing from Pro Shade Concepts needs to think twice. read more

Purchasing shades for our home was a great idea and as soon as they were installed we could tell a big difference in both the heat in the house and our electricity bill. The service pays for itself after a while. Our contact, Danny was very prompt in coming out and giving us a quote. They also offered a fair price for the install and screens. We had spoke with two other contractors before deciding to go with All Pro Shade and because of the comparable price, how informative they were, and the time it took to install we went with All Pro Shade Concepts. Guess who's house looks cooler with shades.... THIS GAL!! We are ready for the triple degree weather of the Phoenix area - are you? After suffering through multiple hundred dollars in electric bills last summer after buying our house we had to do something this time around. We called All Pro and Rob showed up, super cool guy, walked us through the different frame & shade color options and informed us about the nifty rebate that SRP offers for south/west facing windows. He was efficient, quick and offered competitive rates. Then about 2 weeks later we got the call our shades were in and ready for install we set up the appointment for this morning! Enter Gabe and his crew to explain how the shades work and are fully removable via this awesome clips that are screwed to the window frame. So it's easy on (for most of the year) and easy off (for the 4 months of decent non-AC required weather we get here in the valley per year). SMH! We love our new shades and have already got our neighbors stopping by to ask about them! I'm glad my husband thought to grab some extra cards from Rob when he was here cause they came in handy! We just had them install two large outdoor Magnatrack patio shades and couldn't be more pleased. What a first class operation, from the first visit when they explain everything in detail ( no sales hype ) to the professional installation by Eric and Steve - their thoroughness, attention to detail was exemplary. During the installation, they pointed to two of my neighbor homes they had done patio shades for, believe me, this is the business you want to work with. I think when the owner ( Robert ) retires, he should teach a course at the ASU Business School on Communication/Customer Satisfaction, because his Company sets the example others businesses should follow. I did half my house last year and getting the second half done now. They are reasonably priced with great service and nice quality products. Shades were installed two weeks from when they were measured and matched perfectly to what I needed. Quality is good and has held up to toddlers pushing on the screen doors for a year already. The house definitely feels cooler with them on. (General tip: check your HOA guidelines ahead of time. We had to get ours approved ahead of time and could only get certain colors). read more

All Pro Shade Concepts did a fantastic job making sun screens for our windows. The sales person came over in a timely manner and offered me several choices of frame color and screen colors. It took about 3 weeks to have the shades made and they looked very sturdy when they arrived. Gabriel installed the shades in record time! We did have one problem arise. The shade maker misread the measurements and 6 of our shades were too short. Gabriel remeasured and they had the new shades to our home within two days! Ordered a large retractable awning from them.. There were some issues in getting it delivered, some internal to All Pro Shades sales, and some with the manufacturer. In the end the owner Rob took ownership and in the end a quality awning was installed by a knowledgeable install team. I'd stay away from their salesman and deal directly with the owner. read more

The quality of their products are very good. We have had numerous screens bought and installed over the past year and a half. One of our purchases included a payment which we were supposed to get a partial back. After talking to the salesman for the last year he finally said it would be taken care of a week and a half ago and I WAS TO EXPECT a call. This has become the mode of operation or lack of follow through on the salesmans part. I have been as cordial as possible until my last phone call. He has called me once in the last 6 months but only after repeated phone calls by me. They owe me $345.00. Is this the way they treat the elderly on fixed incomes. We have recommended 6 of our neighbors and all have purchased from them. They have lost my business and any future recommendations. THE REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND HAVE CHANGED MY REVIEW FROM A 1 TO AS THREE. I HAVE NO ISSUES WITH THE PRODUCT OR THE INSTALLATIONS, JUST BEWARES OF SALESMAN PROMISES. read more

I am a dissatisfied customer based on All Pro's poor customer service. They have failed to respond to *repeated* requests to re-mount a shade purchased awhile back. E-mails, phone calls going unanswered - it would have been fine if they responded and indicated they are not interested or no longer provide follow up service - but to flat out ignore my messages is unacceptable. The initial install of the shade structures was fine and I was informed of their excellent customer service. However, they have not lived up to the expectations they set and I'll have to find someone else to re-mount my shade screen. Looking elsewhere now. read more

Robert came out and measured the windows, he has gone above and beyond and his prices beat everyone as well. There is no reason to use anyone else. His products are the exact same as people charging $3k only he is charging $1K for the same size of job. I could see if he was lacking something like didn't keep appointments or his products weren't the same, didn't return phone calls. None of those things happen with Robert. I have been cheated and lied to by so many businesses so when I speak this highly please listen and don't even bother with other company's. read more
