From start to finish. This was an exceptional 5 star experience. Every person you interact with from sales to ownership to office staff to site visit team to installation team - is knowledgeable and friendly! The quality of what's installed is top shelf. The craftsmanship of each person on-site is nothing less than best-in-class. Incredibly pleased that I contacted All Pro Shade Concepts. Every facet of this project was without headache and beyond expectation. Thank you to EVERYONE at All Pro Shade Concepts. Really excited about the final product! You've got my vote to run this country!! read more

We have a west-facing back patio on our home, and, up until a couple of weeks ago had been using manual roll-up shades from Costco prior to deciding on splurging for remote shades. We are so glad we made the decision to have the remote shades installed. What a difference. Thanks to Mike (sales rep/estimator), as well as Dayton and Robert (installers). They were all a pleasure to work with and very professional. A shout-out also to Sean (sp?). We had a question regarding adjusting the shades a couple of days after they were installed, and Sean was able to walk us through the simple adjustment over the phone. Fantastic customer service, and we are very happy with our sun shades! read more

Overall happy with my purchase. Although I'm not sure the extra money for the upgraded thicker screens is worth the cost and I did not get any type of stability pin as described when I made the purchase. And they're kind of noisy going up and down, eager to see how much I enjoy them in the summer months. read more

Edit after owner response: I was sitting at my desk directly in front of the window the installer damaged. He ABSOLUTELY did take his frustrations out on the house. The damage was NO WHERE near where he installed the screws. He slipped multiple times then banged on the shutters with the drill. I really wish I would have read the owners responses to reviews before I decided to use this company, because I would have never used them. He is rude and condescending. The bill was only $12 because the superintendent for my community was able to help me out, had I needed to actually pay for the repair it would have been significantly more and I've been trying to get reimbursed those $12 for 2 months now. I don't recommend using this company. The installer took out his frustration on my decorative shutters and damaged them. The company Has done absolutely nothing even though I've sent them photos and invoices. They also damaged my screen door and it doesn't open or close properly anymore. read more

It started off by finding their ad in a magazine that comes in the mail that promotes local business support. I called and got a sales rep to my house within 5 days, his name was Bill. He told me I'd need to have an answer of HOA approval in the first week of April in order to get the order placed, screens built and submit SRP paperwork in order to get a rebate check from SRP. Gave him the answer on April 8th, he collected the first half payment on April 12th and sent me a receipt to my email. Fast forward to a whole month later, no call, no text, I had to call them repeatedly to find out what the status was on my order and installation. My installation date was 5/13/2021, was told it be 11:00, called again on 5/12/2021 if the installation is still being done on the 13th before I take off work, Katherine told me yes but it been changed to 10AM instead. Now it's the 13th and almost 10:30. And no one here installing sun shades .. I also was told that the SRP paper work could be back dated " ".... all I can say is I don't see how they got a rating of 4.5 stars when customer care service should be the ultimate priority! Will update in a few hours... He says none of this is true LMFAO! Robert is way too emotional if he treated me like this before they even where installed then I could just imagine how he would have treated me after they had been installed. Customer care sucked before the job even got performed. Kinda sad that I called Katherine twice today and the second time I gave her my number to get the installer guys for a min call to let me know a status or time and got nothing but post a review and Robert calls in 3 mins and I could tell his adrenaline was spiking because his voice was jumping and he was getting distasteful over the phone. Too bad I can't post voice clips bc this is too funny! Your response has proved my point, you are committed to make the consumer look wrong even though the facts are the facts, I have the pictures, the phone records, the facts. As as business owner your first priority was to call me a liar. Katherine told me 10AM-11AM. Not 11AM-12PM as you stated. Your next step was to refund my money at 10:56AM, TODAY. Most likely you don't even have the blinds or know this install was happening. Because before I contacted Katherine last Thursday, when I called another time before a man answered and when I told him I hadn't been contacted, he told me, "really? That's interesting, I'll have bill call you immediately " But keep responding, Robert, because you are just showing how you run business, you invest more time on Yelp than running your business properly. In the words of HANCOCK- "GOOD JOB"! read more

Contacted All Pro Shade Concepts about 2 weeks ago. Robert, the owner, came out and performed the measurements and gave the estimate. Once the shades were fabricated we got a call from the office to schedule an install date. The installer was on time and very professional. The install itself was seamless; all the shades fit perfectly. The transformation to the house is great; love the look from the outside and the thermal break and energy savings on the inside. Great company to deal with; they did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would, and the results exceeded my expectations! read more

For ALL types of shades and sunscreens, I cannot recommend highly enough All Pro Shade Concepts. We've used what we thought were the best such as Awnings by Design and others but All Pro far surpassed them all in every way. Before we knew about All Pro, another company had quoted us 3 times more to only replace the Sunbrella fabric in our automated sunshade while other companies only wanted to replace the entire awning. Then we learned about All Pro and had Mike come and give us an estimate. Not only do they do that sort of thing and for a FRACTION of other quotes, but were on the mark for the completion date. Harry and Ray arrived at the appointed hour with the beautiful new Sunbrella and did an amazing install. Not only is it PERFECT again but those two guys were so professional AND personable. If I could I'd give All Pro 10 stars. In this day and time when too much price gouging is going on, I cannot say enough for the honesty and transparency of this shade company. AllProShadeConcepts.com. The best! read more

I called this company for a free estimate on the patio screen for my patio because I seen on the news commercial that they were a good company I received a call Back about a hour later and the man on the phone seemed very rushed and without even setting an appointment told me it would be around 8 Thousand. I said my patio is small on one side and just a somewhat large open on the other side he says yeah 4500 one side 2500 other side. I decided not to rate company on service since I never had service done so I am changing my rating read more

I am a demanding consumer, so rarely hand out 5* reviews, but I am 100% pleased with All Pro Shade Concepts. First, their pricing was reasonable/competitive. One competitor proposed a zipper shade that was like 2X(!) what I landed on with APSC (cable track sunshade). Robert (owner) came out, reviewed my needs, and steered me towards a cable track shade that I eventually selected. Robert seemed genuinely concerned with getting me a solution that worked at lowest cost; his competitor seemed primarily concerned with fleecing me of as much of my $$ as possible. Secondly, the installation crew (Sean A. and Johan R.) were outstanding. Polite and professional, but also did an excellent job. I was concerned that electrical cable to the shade motor would need to be routed outside the wall and would be unsightly. Sean agreed and was able to pull power from a light switch inside the door, and run it up inside the wall. Look how clean the installation is! Very pleased with this! My only complaint is how long it took from date I accepted their proposal - 7 weeks seems like a really long time for something like this - but I guess business is (deservedly!) booming for these guys... If you're looking for shades, sunscreens, or awnings, do yourself (and your pocketbook!) a favor and give these guys a call. read more

There is a reason why this company gets a perfect five stars from everyone, it is because they do everything the way it should be done in business. They answer the phone, they show up on time for the quote, they offer a fair price for their work, they show up on time to do the install, and they provide a great finished product. We ordered window shades for our entire home and also a manual roll down shade for our back patio. They all look great and serve the purpose they are intended to serve. Its amazing what shades can do for a home. Overall, very pleased and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality shade company, providing quality work. read more

Can't recommend this company enough. I opted for motorized roller shades and everything was delivered on time and installed very professionally. They have so many options to chose from and the sales rep and installers were super nice and responsive. This was actually the only company that would come on site to take measurements and give me a quote rather than do it over the phone, and guess what? Their quote was the lowest by far. I love my shades and I get complements on them all the time. 100% recommended. read more

Received three quotes on our outdoor shade project. Two companies came out; one was too busy. The Salesman for All Pro Shade Concepts was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. No 'pressure tactics' or monthly sale; a fair price for the product. It arrived and was installed in the time period quoted. The installation team was courteous and clean. They worked well together and knew what they were doing. We are VERY happy with the product. You get what you pay for. read more

Great company to do business with. From our initial contact with Bill, to our final installation with Sean W and Eric G, every step was handled professionally. The owner, Robert, is very much involved and all parties came together to create a Five Star experience. Will recommend! read more

I needed sun shades on my south- and west-facing windows and found All Pro through SRP's rebate center. Submitted a request for quote, they sent a guy out a few days later, wrote up an estimate and set the appointment. Actual installation was pushed back a bit due to my HOA deciding they had to repave the roads, but All Pro kept me in the loop on that and showed up on the rescheduled date to install my shades. Installation took about 20 minutes. The shades look great, and more importantly, the house is cooler. AC runs less frequently and shorter cycles. The price was entirely reasonable, especially taking into account the rebate and lower electric bill. Highly recommended. read more

All Pro was a terrific experience from the first call to arrange for a quote from Salesman Seth to the installation with Josh. Seth arrived early and quoted the project within a few minutes, explained the warranty and answered any questions I had. The morning of installation, Josh called to inform me that he was about 45 minutes away and arrived on time as well. He was very professional, courteous, and quick with the install. In this day and time, it has not been easy to find great customer service combined with exceptional quality work and product. It was a breath of fresh air doing business with All Pro Shade Concepts and I will not hesitate to refer them or use their services in the future. read more

We recently moved to Arizona, and we underestimated the power of good sun shades during the summer months! I called several companies for quotes, and All Pro Shade Concepts was the most responsive by far. Seth came out a couple days after my initial call, and he was able to provide pricing right on the spot. We decided to move forward, and our shades were installed about a week later! The install process was equally as easy--Josh and Justin were great and so polite. We are loving our new shades, and our home is so much cooler. read more

After 3 months, l like this shade. Don't love it....if the wind blows you have to retract it or the warranty is void. Not getting the use we hoped for. Just a word of advice: Its a lovely, well made shade but it's definitely for casual infrequent use: consider installing a permanent structure before you buy this shade. It's extremely expensive for something you will only use occasionally. Now you know. read more

The turn around time from the quote to the installation was great! It was done within a 2 week time frame. The installer Josh was professional, quick and clean! Great service from beginning to end. Bill was our sales consultant and he was very knowledgeable and helped us through the initial process in choosing shades and screens, along with recommendations based on experience. The screens were put in earlier than the shades since there was a longer than usual wait fro the shade material. They didn't wait to do the screens, which I appreciated. Steve and Rob installed our shades and they were both very friendly, professional, and did a great job quickly installing the shades and reviewing functionality. I don't recall the name of the fellow that installed our window screens, but he was just as friendly and professional. Great overall experience. I highly recommend if you're considering patio shades and window screens. read more

We have had great experiences with All Pro Shade Concepts from the moment we selected them for our patio shades and window screen upgrades. They have taken excellent care of us over the years, Today, I called because my patio shade guide wire broke from the violent monsoon winds the other night. They go above the expected in customer service and support... Thanks, guys! read more

Fantastic!!!! Bill came out to educate me on the right color for my home, did the measurements & created the border / cross appeal to match my current windows & he did an awesome job picking the right color. within a week I had a call to install them. They not only look amazing - not giving that "cave look" as some homes lock - it looks just like my windows but with the sun protection screen - still giving it a beautiful curb appeal - but also blocking out the summer sun heat & they match perfect with my home. And they are very affordable! It didn't break my bank so to speak as many of us are on a budget. I highly recommend this company !!!!! read more

If you plan to use this place and get a SRP Rebate, think again. We had been referred to them via the SRP Screen Rebate Program. They delivered the shades and installed. The problem was getting them to fill out the SRP Rebate Paperwork. Its one sheet and it was not done, the installers have no idea, and the salesman has already collected the $$, he does not care! SRP contacted them 4 times over the course of 5 weeks to help clarify the paperwork error they made, and it went ignored. If no rebate and you're paying cash, I think you would be fine. read more

Howdy y'all! I have to tell you about this sun screen company, All Pro Shade Concepts, because I am super impressed with the excellent service and their quality products. In Arizona, we all need protection from the harmful rays and intense heat of the summer sun. One of the best ways to protect our homes and save a bundle in energy costs all year long is to add sun screens to our windows. I did a lot of research and got bids from 3 different sun screen companies before picking All Pro Shade Concepts. The reason I went with them is because of all the positive reviews and the great price that was quoted. He did all the measurements and left samples of the material used for the screens. btw, they have a huge variety of colors to choose from. Now, I only put sun screens on the windows that got direct sunlight. The company had a quick turn around time from giving the approval to installation...less than 2 weeks and this was their busy season. I did all the hard work for you, so you really don't have to look anywhere else. Look, my experience was so positive that I trusted them to do my mom's house too...and she's not easy to please. Mom is super happy with her shades :) read more

I would recommend All Pro Shade Concepts to anyone looking for some extra shade. This company was on it from the beginning to the end. They under promised and over delivered! The installers (George and Manny) were quick and the work was great quality. I love my shade. It's easy to use and well worth every penny! read more

Awesome product and service. The install team Mike and Dayton knocked out the install in about 1.5hrs. They were very communicative and polite. They answered all of our questions and showed us how to use the remote and explained the warranties. Thank you Mike and Dayton! Product is A+ and built too last! Worth the money, we should have done this a long time ago. The electric motor is quite and the track and cassette color match our window frames perfectly. Overall extremely happy with our product and install. read more

If there were six stars I would give it to this great 5 star performance. We had an installation recently after the monsoon storms and high wind gusts destroyed a jumbo screen (25' x 10') that was left in down position. After the original installer was no where to be found, Robert and his great team (Curtis and Sean) saved the day. A new screen fabric was purchased and installed. On time and installed properly. After the replacement they noticed two other screens that were installed by others did not work properly and took a few minutes to adjust and correct them. That is going the extra step and beyond, as they call it down South, a little 'lagniappe'. Thanks guys, you will have our business Ron Tigh Interiors, LLC read more

I have used All Pro Shades and worked with Danny over the last 2 years for their sun screens, a drop shade, and most recently a special project. My special project that Danny helped me with is to shade all our pool equipment. To say he, and their company, went above and beyond is an understatement. Danny provided ideas on the project, frame work that was needed to support the sun screens, and of course a heavy duty screen frame with 95% sun shade screens at a reasonable price. Their service has been flawless and a great value. So nice to do business with an contractor that provides service and value on their products and services. read more
