WITH HIS DRIVERS LICENSE attached to his shirt as a form of I.D. How awesome is that? Most people show up, and expect you to just take their word for it that they're who they say they are. One can't be too security conscious these days. The fact that he did that, to show up for a job on a Sunday morning speaks loads about his professionalism and the regard he has for what he does. Called in the AM, he came out in the early PM. I had three locks rekeyed and requested eight keys. It took him maybe 20 minutes! He is fast, but very professional. His van is clearly marked and he was wearing a locksmith badge. I felt comfortable letting him in my home and rekeying my locks. Total was around $100 which is a great price. I have a Honda CBR and the key was broken off into the ignition Phil stayed at night for 2-3 hours trying to get the key out, if he hadn't gotten the key out we would of had to get the whole ignition taken apart to remove the key. Phil is great! A missing key is bad. I read Phils reviews and called this morning to rekey my 3 doors. I am considering a keypad so we talked about that and cost. He'll come back to install without charging a trip charge because he didn't have one on the truck. My locks were rekeyed with 4 shines keys by 3:30.
