Finally got the chance to visit this place, been eyeing it since it opened because I live down the road. Now I'm moving in here, it's so good!! We got the chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, chutney sampler, malai paneer tikka. Everything was tens across the board, we had planned to bring home half as leftovers but almost nothing made it home with us, it was too delicious. The service was warm and impeccable. I've tried many Indian restaurants and this is my favorite. Everything is delicious and presented so beautifully. Nice vibes for a casual lunch or even a date Rose Lassi had the perfect texture and tartness to it. The curries were rich and flavorful without being too oily. The naan portions are generous. Tandoori wings, samosas, and pani puri are my favorite appetizers here. Most importantly the staff is warm and welcoming. I live in a primarily Indian neighborhood so I know my Indian food, and this restaurant did not miss! I will definitely be coming here regularly to try some of their other dishes. read more

Lots of vegetarian and vegan options! We came for dine LA and I got the samosa, side salad, shahi paneer, Nirvana tofu, garlic naan, and kheer (rice pudding). My boyfriend ordered the chicken tikki masala since he didn't feel that hungry. We got every dish mild spicy since he enjoys, but can't tolerate, spicy food and it was the right amount of heat. Imo,the mild has a slight kick, but not noticably spicy. However, they can add heat to your dish in case you want it. As for the food... The samosa is the best samosa I think I've ever had- the pastry is super thin and crispy. And the side salad was surprisingly one of my favorite dishes!! It had a super flavorful and fresh house made dressing that I wish I could have every day!! I also really enjoyed the shahi paneer!! I think it was the same base as the tikki masala, but made vegetarian with the paneer?? I liked the Nirvana tofu, but it does have a pretty noticable coconut flavor. The kheer was very creamy and thick with a fresh sprinkle of pistachio unlike the ones I've had during lunch buffet at other restaurants. Even though my boyfriend said he wasn't that hungry, we polished off everything on our plates (except the rice) as a testament to how good everything was! And the service here is EXCEPTIONAL. The oil they were fried in were fresh and didn't have a heavy of greasy feeling. Idly, were ore made and heated up. The idly was dry. The Sambar lacked flavor. The dosa was good and very flavorful. The crepe part was a bit oily, but nothing that would sway my decision. Garlic naan and rice were standard. The tandoori chicken was also very good. The chicken tika masala was bland and had only had a few pieces of chicken. To top it off their service was horribly slow. We had to ask for water 3 times. They never came by for a refill. I was craving Indian food and decided to try a recently opened restaurant in Arcadia. The interior was beautiful. I came in about an hour before closing, and the service was a bit slow at first considering there were only two tables seated, but it picked up soon after. I ordered the DineLA course, which included an appetizer, salad, entrée, side, dessert, and drink for just $35. It was a great deal to sample a little of everything. The best part of the experience was that I didn't leave smelling like food, unlike other restaurants I've been to. Big points for their ventilation. read more

I will do my due diligence in reviewing this place as fairly as possible. The atmosphere was welcoming, it was brightly lit and the place was pretty clean. I have been too many Indian Restaurants and they tend to be on the darker side. The staff is very friendly, and very communicative. The restroom was very clean and well kept with plenty of supplies on hand. The service was great, the host/server was very professional and well mannered. He was knowledgable in the menu and the common mistakes that people make with ordering. Luckily for him it is not my first rodeo with Indian cuisine. The food was were I started to feel a little disappointment. I ordered chicken tikka masala, shai paneer, two garlic naans and an order of rice. To drink I got an arnold palmer and their chai tea (hot). The chicken tikka masala was served slightly less than warm but more than cold, I am used to the food practically bubbling as I receive it, but it was barely even warm. The chicken was tender and not as dry as I have had in the past but again, because it was barely warm I felt i could not enjoy it. The shai paneer was the winner of this dinner (weird it came out like 5-10'mins AFTER the chicken tikka). It was served hot (couldnt hold the plate) and the spice level was actually what I asked for. The chai tea was great, atleast the first batch. The refill was spicy, the consistency was not there and i could barely enjoy it. Sad though because i really like the chai tea. The Arnold palmer was interesting, don't know what tea it was but it was different than the usual, the drink tasted carbonated but not at the same time. I probably never order it again just on preference not quality.The Naan.....:sigh: usually i grab it as soon as it hits the table, but the naan looked thin and crunchy, i like mine with some thickness so it's not dry n crunchy. I could not taste and garlic over the dry roasted crunch of the naan. I still ate it, and didn't dislike it, but id ask for it thicker next time. I thought i would also add that in the beginning i asked for water, the waiter asked if i wanted ice i said yes please. I got my cup filled up twice more, the first time no ice was added so water was now room temperature, so the next time i asked for more ICED water, and again room temperature water. I could have easily asked for ice but I mean why serve it with ice then never give more ice when you can clearly see there is no ice and my water struggling lol. During dinner we were asked how everything is like 7 times i kid you not. One of the employees asked twice. I get it you would like the customer to be fully satisfied but not much changes within 5 minutes if you are already done with your food. Otherwise this restaurant deserves its stars reputation but unfortunately i could not bring myself to give the full stars. This restaurant is not top 3 for my taste buds or expectations, but in would recommend to anyone that is looking for Indian food in the area. That wants quality service and great food. PS. I did go an hour before closing so maybe that affected the quality of food. I may go back midday to give another shot. read more

10 Stars ! Best Indian food in all of the San Gabriel Valley So nice to finally have some variety/spice beyond all the typical Chinese options that have mostly taken over.. This place has the best atmosphere with high vaulted ceiling, and beautiful/peaceful lighting and traditional decor. I got the Chicken tikka masala, which was my usual favorite from their Pasadena location. I also got the Vegetable biryani which was terrific. And last but not least, I tried my new favorite, which was the Lamb shish Kebab.. so perfectly cooked and spiced, and what a completely satisfying flavor and consistency. The Indian iced tea is also very refreshing with minty floral notes, and a house made cream they let you mix into it. Just perfect and one of a kind as it is unique to All inda Cafe. Clean and attentive services. I came here after seeing all the high reviews but personally I think their food is just ok. We ordered a few chicken dishes and all of the meats are a bit dry, which is a surprise to me. The food flavor is on par of the other Indian places we have frequented. Drinks are ok too. They charge for Naan but gave a good portion, a bit oily when it first appeared on our table but tasted fine. Also ordered Roti but regretted the choice. Ended up ordering another Naan instead. Overall I think it's a good place to visit if you are local and wanting Indian food that's authentic. read more

This is my go to Indian restaurant! The staff here were so unbelievably kind! I don't eat Indian food often so I really appreciated the time the staff and owner Harsimran took to guide my family and I through the menu. We felt very welcomed and though talking with the owner, we could tell how passionate he was about the food they made here. This place 100% feels like a cozy family ran business. My mom, who's vegetarian, loved it here. There were so many options for her to choose from. We ended up getting the Bhel Puri as an appetizer and it was a burst of flavors in our mouths. We also had had the Lamb Sheesh Kebab and Lamb Boti Kebab. These were soft and tender. We topped off our dinner with their house made ice cream. This is an absolute must-try! I asked for the heat to be kicked up a notch on my main lamb curry dish and it was perfectly kicked up with a great yellow curry sauce, and tender lamb chunks. Saffron rice was delicious. The appetizer of Pani Puri shots was a scrumptious explosion of juice and spices. If you like ginger get the ginger ice cream because it's delicious. We just got one entre, two dinner entries(Tikka Masala and Tandoori Plate), bought rice too because its not part of the curry, and a mango lassi.
