Theft, dangerous work, dishonesty and then mocked us for being renters of the house that they were hired to work on. They actually took a card off of our wall in our garage. The spring install that they did was dangerous because they failed to balance the load properly making the door slam when being closed manually. The owner of the business was extreme rude and dishonest about the repairs. Peter and J were very responsive and quick to get our garage door opener fixed and upgraded. Our original opener was very loud and had given out. Peter came by the next day to give me recommendations and a quote on the work. The prices he quoted me with was very reasonable and he got me scheduled at a convenient time that worked with my schedule. We upgraded to the Liftmaster 8500w with vinyl rollers and it is a huge difference in noise and performance. They were able to complete the job in less than 1 hour and everything works flawlessly. My garage was not opening properly and because my home was outside of its 1 year warranty the garage door and system wasn't covered anymore. I was dealing with waiting for my garage to open for about 1 min because it was getting stuck somewhere in the opening process. I called another company highly rated on yelp and they were useless. Charging me $80 to put WD-40 on the wheels but not solving the problem. I called Peter because I found his card stapled to my mother in laws house and subsequently on my brothers in laws garage. Peter picked up the phone on a Sunday and committed to coming out the next day. Peter showed up on time; tested the door, out WD-40 like the last guy but took the time to check the entire door system and identified that the issue was the metal guide rails have somehow moved out of place. After adjusting both sides, the garage was good to go! The garage is the original from the new build (Wayne Dalton door with Torque Master spring) and isn't the highest quality. When the garage starts to act up again I'm going to have Peter upgrade me to a lift master with ball bearings versus the lame Genie and current plastic rollers. Thanks Peter. Peter Guitierrez installed a new garage door for me on 2/5/2020. The door collapsed on June 14, 2022 due to a manufacturing defect or improper installation. I have called Peter numerous times ever since. He is saying that he is no longer in business, lives outside the United States, and can not do anything about this. This was the most hassle-free repair I've ever experienced. We have an unusual garage door opener in the new rental property we bought. This company is a scam, they came to my house after I locked my remote in the garage. Drilled out the lock at the top of the garage, and fished out the rip cord. They were there less that 1/2 hour and charged me $170. I asked for an invoice and they said they would send one to me. They have blocked my phone number and I can't get a hold of them.
