I worked with Kelslee (I hope I spelled her name correctly) who is the Store Manager and she is a fountain of great information and "how to's" on the best steps to use the spray tan booth once in the private room. I loved the color she customized for me based on my cool undertones and veins and it looked very natural. My Mom didn't even know I got a tan and commented that my legs are finally looking tan a few days later so I finally told her! I was deathly afraid of getting the "orange Oom-pa-loom-pa glow" I've experienced before. They then told me that they would call me whenever they had technician again. I never received that call. Several months later I became pregnant and was unable to do the do them, however the spa still had never called me anyways. I am now trying to book an appointment to start the past packages and am being told that they have expired. When I told her that I had appointments scheduled for months in a row that were cancelled by the spa, to no fault of my own, and the form I filled out in 2021 online when I bought the packages said nothing about an expiration date (I kept screenshots for my records since I was spending several hundred dollars online for these packages), she said there was nothing they could do.
