This place has gone so downhill since it sold!! Kelli would have NEVER let the salons look this gross or broken down! Let alone let her staff, who says she's a district manager be as rude as she was!! Horrible spray tan experience in their most expensive booth Norvell, that was cracked all the way down one side!!! The booth was disgusting and went through two end cycles that must be a programming issue with the booth. Do not waste your money on the spray tanning! The regular booths might still be ok but, I will not be spray tanning at the Kinsey location again! Especially after how rude the girl was as I was leaving! I just spent almost $100 dollars with you for ONE spray, and you have nerve to be rude to me because I'm concerned that your cracked, glitching bed didn't spray me right! Not ok!!! I bought a spray bottle to take home for touch ups because I had a feeling from the beginning when she was so uneducated on tanning as I'm asking questions that I already know the answer too and she clearly did not that this probably wasn't going to be a good result! District manager needs retraining! She wouldn't even get off the chair she was sitting on to show me the booth or how to operate it! No wonder she doesn't know the whole side was cracked! Regardless of other negative reviews from the past, I wanted to try this place and see for myself. The staff have always been friendly, helpful, and attentive to detail. The beds are nice, clean and up to date. I haven't been here long but so far I'm liking this place much better than other competitors in the area. Keep up the good work! read more

I have been a member since Tru Tan opened its front door. The salons are not clean anymore..no soap ..no papertowels. I know that John and Kelly would not approve of how dirty the salons are. I would also like to know why I do not get the 25% discounts on lotions anymore,,,what is happening to the salons?????? Very disappointed with this place! Have been going here for years. Bought a month membership on March 15. Went today and was told my membership had expired. I had my receipt to show the date I renewed but the girl would not accept this because the computer showed I had expired. I was not allowed to speak to the manager. Poor, poor service. read more

Just moved here from Boston and this is the most ridiculous place to tan- you can only tan every 24hrs. So if you tanned at 1:30p.m. on the day previous, you can only tan on or after 1:30 p.m. or after the next day. Never have I ever heard that rule in ANY SALON! As long as it is the next day, it shouldn't be a problem. I don't live so close to a TruTan to keep running up to tan at the right exact time, so it's not later the next day. It's ridiculous! I have a job, children and a life as do we all. They should do away with that rule because I'll be cancelling my membership as soon as possible and finding a more flexible salon. TruTan (by Dunkin Donuts) you need better staff too, they took a booklet asked me to pick a package without showing me what I was getting, didn't ask me if I needed lotion (since it was my first time there), no explanation of beds, no nothing- I just picked LV4 because I needed some color. Get some people in there that are willing to know your products and help you build good customer rapport. That will make a lot of difference as well. read more

Horrible customer service. Corporate office is a joke, they are always changing people. They say they'll take care of something and don't, when you call them about it they are automatically on the defense and rude. I froze my account due to being pregnant and have been trying to get them to stop taking money out of my account for almost 2 years now. I have been told several times in person and on the phone that it was done and yet it still drafts! Now I'm constantly having to call them to get a refund because they never call to follow up or return calls for that matter. I keep getting told management is out of town....they seem to have traveled ALOT over the course of time I have been trying to get this resolved! read more

DO NOT setup direct draft!!!!!!!! I have never been so frustrated with Customer Service or the lack of. Tru Tan messed up on my direct draft amount and are charging me more. For 2 months I have called, emailed and even came to the location in person several times to speak to someone with no luck. I have tried to speak to Danielle the office manager and she is either in a "meeting" or left for the day. This is poor customer Service!!!! We should be able to speak to someone else high than the office Manager but.....you have to go through her to get someone higher. I have been with Tru Tan for several years as a direct draft customer...and this is the way you get treated. ....very disappointed!!! read more

What's the point of having an employee here if they can't handle customers??? I've been tanning with Tru Tan for a year and froze my membership while working out of town. Well I'm back and thought why not go tan today. Well I go up there only to be told she's not authorized to un freeze my account even tho this is the location I froze it at. She instructed me to go to the other location only to find out guess what they are closed. Well now my $100 a month is going to Palm Beach Tan. They were more than happy to set me up with a whole new membership and I'm paying $10 less a month and they have newer and better sunless equipment! Sorry not sorry! read more

Wiser EVER! Went to first location, girl did not know how to ring up the special hanging on the wall (24x36) behind her!!! She suggested I drive to another location and maybe they would know. So, I drove to location #2... asked to purchase the package that they had listed on their front desk, the girl said they could no longer sell that package... then why the heck is it sitting on your front counter suggesting I purchase it?!? I'd have to say this is the worst tanning salon I have ever been to. The management is absolutely horrible, doesn't take customer's concerns into consideration. Their employees get overworked for how much they are getting paid. Prices are ridiculous. If I could give zero stars I would. Some of the workers are great and a lot are just not. Morgan makes you feel like an idiot, do not go to old Bullard. Don't get a membership or you'll be stuck! They even have commercials for the music to go to palm beach LOL! Coincidence?
