I worked with Kelslee (I hope I spelled her name correctly) who is the Store Manager and she is a fountain of great information and "how to's" on the best steps to use the spray tan booth once in the private room. I loved the color she customized for me based on my cool undertones and veins and it looked very natural. My Mom didn't even know I got a tan and commented that my legs are finally looking tan a few days later so I finally told her! I was deathly afraid of getting the "orange Oom-pa-loom-pa glow" I've experienced before. I'd like to try their tanning booths too before I make a decision on which plan to choose from but I would highly recommend this location and the personal customer service here but especially working with Kelslee who was a delight.

The customer service is so bad, I will not return to this salon. Such a shame, as Tyler has limited options. We all loved our massages and the garden area with the cold face towelettes. The relaxation room was my favorite part (aside from the massage). My stylist was very good and professional. She did a great job of knowing exactly what I wanted even though I probably wasn't very articulate. Later my husband purchased a spa package for Mother's Day for me. The massage was fantastic. I fell asleep twice; I was super relaxed. Then I had a facial which was very refreshing and effective. I made my initial appointment and the week before that appointment, I received a call from the office that they had to cancel because the woman who did the laser hair removal had walked out and they had no one to replace her at the time. I proceeded to make a few appointments after that and each time as the appointment was approaching I was called and told that they had no on to do it. They then told me that they would call me whenever they had technician again. I never received that call. Several months later I became pregnant and was unable to do the do them, however the spa still had never called me anyways. I am now trying to book an appointment to start the past packages and am being told that they have expired. When I told her that I had appointments scheduled for months in a row that were cancelled by the spa, to no fault of my own, and the form I filled out in 2021 online when I bought the packages said nothing about an expiration date (I kept screenshots for my records since I was spending several hundred dollars online for these packages), she said there was nothing they could do. This is very unprofessional and they have basically stolen several hundred of dollars from me as I was never able to use a single appointment due to their spa canceling on me.

Let alone let her staff, who says she's a district manager be as rude as she was!! Horrible spray tan experience in their most expensive booth Norvell, that was cracked all the way down one side!!! The regular booths might still be ok but, I will not be spray tanning at the Kinsey location again! Especially after how rude the girl was as I was leaving! I just spent almost $100 dollars with you for ONE spray, and you have nerve to be rude to me because I'm concerned that your cracked, glitching bed didn't spray me right! Not ok!!! I bought a spray bottle to take home for touch ups because I had a feeling from the beginning when she was so uneducated on tanning as I'm asking questions that I already know the answer too and she clearly did not that this probably wasn't going to be a good result! District manager needs retraining! She wouldn't even get off the chair she was sitting on to show me the booth or how to operate it! No wonder she doesn't know the whole side was cracked!
