The wait time is horrible. There was only one poor girl staffing it and she was trying to do everything. This is not the first time the wait has been an issue.

First of all the parking here is really bad. It was super awkward and I was not comfortable and never wanted to go back. To make matters worse, they sent me to collections for a couple hundred dollars and denied my request to cancel over the phone. I'm sorry if this is their policy but I was not comfortable going back and now I'm in collections and bad credit because of these people. I do not recommend this place whatsoever.

The gal who is there most often is very young and new to the facility. Sadly, she's not very friendly or knowledgeable. The best service I received was from a gal who doesn't even work there, she was simply filling when no one else was available to work.
