The wait time is horrible. There was only one poor girl staffing it and she was trying to do everything. This is not the first time the wait has been an issue.

I made an appointment with Dana over the Thanksgiving holiday. Her salon was also convenient for…read moreme as it was by the old Gus's Mexican restaurant. Dana even agreed to meet me on a Sunday. It turned out to be the most expensive hair color correction of my life. I asked Dana for a cut and beige blonde color. 4 hours later I had some ridiculous mullet looking cut and the color? At one point it was clown red. Then yellow, orange and gray. I was obviously upset and Dana yelled at me it was my fault for being emotional!!! Who wouldn't with red, orange, yellow and gray hair that was supposed to be a normal beige blonde? I had to go to Rachel at Headmaster's for corrective cut and color. My hair ended up having to be cut so short it was a month before I could style it properly. And the cost??? $140 for corrective color and $75 for Redken products because my hair was SO DAMAGED from Dana's array of clown colors. Dana is actually a dental hygienist and I doubt she even has a certificate to be a hair stylist. Stay away from her!!!

Okay, I only leave reviews if a place is worthy to note, either bad or Fantastic…read more I have to start by saying I am older and have been around the beauty industry for a many long years. I have had many, many people do my hair, probably more bad experiences than good. There have only been a few and I mean a few that have done my hair to my complete Love and excitement and today was one of those, " I finally found my girl " days! I'm sure all you ladies out there understand how much it means ro say, " The exhaustive search is over " and my hair is ever so Thankful. You guys, I happened upon this place searching the internet and what caught my eye was the professional detail of her hair color technique and why she ( Adrianna ) created her salon the way she did. When she was doing my hair and explaining things and not just explaining but giving knowledge and understanding to the technique she and her staff use, the thought that came to mind was New York or LA. As in she reminds me of hairdressers that would do hair there. Thats how top of the line she is you guys. Wonderful young woman, very down to earth relaxed atmosphere, they make you feel like your an old friend coming to hang with them for the day. So if your on the fence about wether to take the plunge with doubt and disappointment nipping at her heels making you think this is probably going to be another disappointment. Don't listen, GO, Go NOW! You will NOT be disappointed and will walk out smiling and so very satisfied that your the pinball that finally slid into the right slot and Hit the Jackpot!! Thank you Adrianna for making not just my hair fell and look FANTASTIC but for making me feel FANTASTIC!
