I understand this service is expected to be painful, but this was extremely uncomfortable compared to other times i've received this service elsewhere. The way strips kept breaking, and it felt rushed. Additionally, I was left with random patches of hair throughout the area, not leaving me smooth like I had hoped. This caused further irritation as I had to shave this off myself after. My skin has never felt so inflamed and irritated after a wax like this in my life.

She said she would after dip. Most are fine, but one I had to file myself later. Also, she left a channel of adhesive and dip beside one nail that I had to file. Ok I'm updating this review cuz I'm just mad now! I didn't have my glasses on when she did my toes 2 days ago. I just took a close look at my pedicure and it's horrible! 1: she had to get pliers to open polish. 2: she added thinner to it. 3: I ended up with a bumpy mess on my toe nails 4: she forgot I wanted design, but glad I didn't pay for that to be put in top of a mess. 5: big toe polish is already CHIPPING off. I had design on there when I walked in that was still perfect and NO CHIPPING from pedicure that was 5 weeks ago ( done by Star at Hawaii Nail Bar). Every nail tech knows that polish can go bad. Shop owner should be checking bottles for liquidity and flow. Technician sure as hell saw this while she was doing my pedicure, or she needs better glasses! Wont return
