Shortly after my previous review I call to make an appointment stating I just needed some tweaking to the haircut (I have difficult hair and you never know how it's going to respond). This was within a couple days of the original haircut. Due to scheduling I was unable to get in for 2 weeks. This put about 3 weeks between haircuts. Now I'm sure there are people that get haircuts every 3 weeks, but I'm certainly not one of them. I made it clear that the haircut needed work. I guess because I didn't get in for 3 weeks I got charged for a full new haircut. That was frustrating. The irony came when at the end as I was leaving she told me if I had any issues in the next few days give a call and they'd get me in to take care of it.... Really? I thought that's what I was doing. Not for yet another 50+ dollars, thanks I'll wait. Overall. Stylists do a good job. But not really the best 'customer service'

Soon as you walk in you're greeted by warm welcomes. They offer you a drink while you wait. I had my hair cut by Madison and she did an amazing job. They never got back to me either time! I didn't have any strange requests. I wasn't rude or anything. I hate leaving bad reviews, even. I wasn't like "can you turn me blonde today? only today will do!!" I wanted to get a cut and color and wanted to know when the soonest available appointment would be. Weird. In the past they've been great, but after two times of them not caring about my business, I give up. There's other places to go.
