Ricia completely butchered my hair. Worst cut I've ever had. Will take YEARS to grow this mess back out. It is so unbelievably awful.

I would not recommend this salon to anyone. You would figure with its pink color they would want to uplift women, but inside all you will find is nasty boomers who got their cosmo licenses off groupon. My hair was butchered, after I sat and heard about how lazy Gen Z is. If we're so lazy, than why is your booth the mess express.Never coming back to a place with such little decorum. read more

I dropped by here last minute and despite it being a busy day they were super sweet and accommodated me. Jessica was my stylist and she is super hard working and patient and browsed pictures of the look I wanted from my blowout too. I wish they had a sulfate free selection of shampoos and conditioners and more natural/organic styling products because though my hair looked ABSOLUTELY fabulous, it did a number on the health of my hair. I'm definitely going back with my own product because her work is impeccable and she is very receptive as well. The interior was overwhelming and hasn't been updated in a while which isn't a huge downside because it doesn't affect service, but definitely impacted my experience. read more

I can not begin to say enough about PINK! Ricia is simply the Best! I have blonde hair. I used to bounce from different places trying to find someone to color my hair that was a natural look. I was never happy with my hair. I kept hearing about Ricia Downton but she was so busy that she probably didn't take new clients. One day I was in a business and a friend had just left Ricia's & her hair looked amazing! I asked her if she would call Ricia for me and see if she would please squeeze me in. She called & Ricia told her for me to come right then. I went in scared as if I was going for a job interview. What I found was the nicest person and best hairdresser ever! She looked at my hair and booked me for the next day. That's been over 10 years ago. My husband goes to her too. Yes, She is busy... But she does take new clients. There are other good things to know about Salon PINK, John makes sure things run smoothly and there's many other talented stylesist there as well. You can get your nails done, eyelashes done, lips plumped up or more by a RN, there's a cute boutique upstairs, you can even get a tattoo. Seriously, this place has it all! I went to this salon without a review. I had Lanna "fix" my hair. She had no idea what she was doing. She stayed on her cell phone texting the whole time I was sitting in the chair. She was rough with my hair. She used hot water when washing my hair. She was terrible. I had to go somewhere else to have them fix the mess she created with my hair. If it were up to me, I would hope she would just get a job at McDonalds. She does not need to be set free doing anyone else's hair. read more
