Yes, I could have given more information to enroll in their birthday club, but I didnt. I was called in to the back and the stylist asked what I wanted. Because it was my first time, I was offered the free massage and hot towels, but I declined. " how do you want it cut?" " a fingers width." " all around?" "Yes" And the cutting began. Using scissors. And not a clipper. She tried small talk, and truth be told, I'm not into it. Seeming to sense that, she quit and did a great job on the haircut. At the end, she asked if it was short enough. I did want it shorter, so she did it. Though I'm not used to paying this much for a haircut, I was happy. Very professional. Very nice. No attitude.

This means that not only is my hair kind fragile generally, I had like seven different things going on with it. Hannah was an absolute dream! She spent time talking to me about what had been done to it, then whipped up like 8 different lighteners and toners and got me out the door with the platinum blonde bob of my dreams. I booked my mom a same day appointment to get her hair permed. I called around 1:30p and they said…read morewe could come at 5. They called us back to say that since the salon closed at 8 she would not be able to sit underneath a dryer only diffused. We said that was fine as long as her hair wasn't soaking wet and she had curls. The perm was done, I left a 20% tip on my card and we left. She had curls when we left. The next morning she had loose waves so, we used mousse and a diffuser. By day 5, there were no curls at all. The stylist was pleasurable but with what my mom's hair looks like now it's obvious she did not do her perm correctly. So we've wasted $180 on a hairstyle that is no more. I feel like this salon should've had us come in the next day instead of booking same day and basically having a rush job done to ensure they closed on time. We would have been perfectly fine with that.
