Shortly after my previous review I call to make an appointment stating I just needed some tweaking to the haircut (I have difficult hair and you never know how it's going to respond). This was within a couple days of the original haircut. Due to scheduling I was unable to get in for 2 weeks. This put about 3 weeks between haircuts. Now I'm sure there are people that get haircuts every 3 weeks, but I'm certainly not one of them. I made it clear that the haircut needed work. I guess because I didn't get in for 3 weeks I got charged for a full new haircut. That was frustrating. The irony came when at the end as I was leaving she told me if I had any issues in the next few days give a call and they'd get me in to take care of it.... Really? I thought that's what I was doing. Not for yet another 50+ dollars, thanks I'll wait. Overall. Stylists do a good job. But not really the best 'customer service'

After a visit to the salon, I know that I'll have a great cut for two days until I wash it and then it's just BLAH. I went in to see Lindsey a few days ago. I had a couple pictures, and we worked from those into the incredible cut she gave me. I asked her a ton of questions about the products she used along the way and she was happy to answer them. She took her time. She was careful. And best of all, I absolutely LOVE my cut. The salon is cute. It's a lot larger inside than what I was expecting. The other ladies working there were all very nice. Everyone seemed happy and casual and friendly and I loved the vibe. I usually hate salons because I'm so clueless when it comes to beauty stuff and I feel like I don't belong there. I feel like everyone is wondering why I think I'm good enough for a salon that isn't Super Cuts or something like that. I didn't feel this way at all here. No one will ever touch my hair except Ms. Kholood. She truly cares for her client and walking into her salon is just like going into her home. There was never that "intimidating" feel, just her welcoming you and addressing your every concern. She really is passionate with her work.

She looked amazing, too! Now, they swear they are going to come visit me more often so that they won't have to get their haircut anywhere else. Oh and the best part? I am a full time videographer for an Ad agency in Shreveport. I had a job that recently come up…read morethat would require me to shoot photos and videos of the Governor of Louisiana. Due to my work schedule I have a very small window to be able to get my hair cut before 8:00pm on a weekday, but yesterday I really needed one. I walked into Wonder Cuts of Bossier 20 minutes before closing and before I could even open my mouth one of the two ladies that were in there cutting hair told me that they could not get to me before they closed. I'm a guy, It literally takes 10 minutes to cut my hair. Is this really store policy? Why would you still have the door open and a LED flashing open sign on if you were not taking any more customers before your actual closing time? This is apparently a recurring theme here at this location. A friend of mine had the same experience 30 minutes before they closed. So I left and was able to make it down to Sports Clips 10 minutes before they closed and they were happy to take me in. Before I even explained my situation and what happened to me at Wonder Cuts I was told they don't stop taking customers until their actual closing time. The staff was friendly and very helpful and I got a great haircut. Needless to say I left a big tip. Sorry/Not Sorry Wonder Cuts.

I had a very disappointing experience with a stylist named Mo. I specifically requested to leave…read more2.5 inches on top with a low skin fade. Unfortunately, that's not what I received. Since I wear glasses, I couldn't see the haircut clearly until the very end. When she finished, I realized she had given me a high and tight and left less than 2 inches on top. I asked her if she had left the 2.5 inches I requested, and she grabbed a comb to measure. She then claimed, "you didn't have 2.5 inches," to which I replied, "Then I didn't want the top cut at all." To make matters worse, when she used the comb to measure and tried to mark the length with her finger, she admitted she couldn't even see what the measurement was, which further confirmed the cut was shorter than requested. This experience was frustrating and not what I asked for. I would appreciate better attention to detail and clearer communication in the future.
