I worked with Kelslee (I hope I spelled her name correctly) who is the Store Manager and she is a fountain of great information and "how to's" on the best steps to use the spray tan booth once in the private room. I loved the color she customized for me based on my cool undertones and veins and it looked very natural. My Mom didn't even know I got a tan and commented that my legs are finally looking tan a few days later so I finally told her! I was deathly afraid of getting the "orange Oom-pa-loom-pa glow" I've experienced before. I'd like to try their tanning booths too before I make a decision on which plan to choose from but I would highly recommend this location and the personal customer service here but especially working with Kelslee who was a delight.

They then told me that they would call me whenever they had technician again. I never received that call. Several months later I became pregnant and was unable to do the do them, however the spa still had never called me anyways. I am now trying to book an appointment to start the past packages and am being told that they have expired. When I told her that I had appointments scheduled for months in a row that were cancelled by the spa, to no fault of my own, and the form I filled out in 2021 online when I bought the packages said nothing about an expiration date (I kept screenshots for my records since I was spending several hundred dollars online for these packages), she said there was nothing they could do. I made an appointment with Dana over the Thanksgiving holiday. Her salon was also convenient for…read moreme as it was by the old Gus's Mexican restaurant. Dana even agreed to meet me on a Sunday. It turned out to be the most expensive hair color correction of my life. I asked Dana for a cut and beige blonde color. 4 hours later I had some ridiculous mullet looking cut and the color? At one point it was clown red. Then yellow, orange and gray. I was obviously upset and Dana yelled at me it was my fault for being emotional!!! Who wouldn't with red, orange, yellow and gray hair that was supposed to be a normal beige blonde? I had to go to Rachel at Headmaster's for corrective cut and color. My hair ended up having to be cut so short it was a month before I could style it properly. And the cost??? $140 for corrective color and $75 for Redken products because my hair was SO DAMAGED from Dana's array of clown colors. Dana is actually a dental hygienist and I doubt she even has a certificate to be a hair stylist. Stay away from her!!!
