Originally, I left a review saying I was a little disappointed with my experience. Less than twenty four hours after posting it, the girl reached back out and was very apologetic and kind! She offered to fix anything missed. In all honesty, I never expected to get a response for a review - it's never happened to me before haha! They then told me that they would call me whenever they had technician again. I never received that call. Several months later I became pregnant and was unable to do the do them, however the spa still had never called me anyways. I am now trying to book an appointment to start the past packages and am being told that they have expired. When I told her that I had appointments scheduled for months in a row that were cancelled by the spa, to no fault of my own, and the form I filled out in 2021 online when I bought the packages said nothing about an expiration date (I kept screenshots for my records since I was spending several hundred dollars online for these packages), she said there was nothing they could do. This is very unprofessional and they have basically stolen several hundred of dollars from me as I was never able to use a single appointment due to their spa canceling on me.
