I worked with Kelslee (I hope I spelled her name correctly) who is the Store Manager and she is a fountain of great information and "how to's" on the best steps to use the spray tan booth once in the private room. I loved the color she customized for me based on my cool undertones and veins and it looked very natural. My Mom didn't even know I got a tan and commented that my legs are finally looking tan a few days later so I finally told her! I was deathly afraid of getting the "orange Oom-pa-loom-pa glow" I've experienced before. I'd like to try their tanning booths too before I make a decision on which plan to choose from but I would highly recommend this location and the personal customer service here but especially working with Kelslee who was a delight.

Katelynn helped me and was so incredibly knowledgeable about every treatment offered, every single product on the shelf - she had not only personally used, but could explain every ingredient/reason/benefit of using them. As a former Neiman Marcus couture specialist working in Beverly Hills, I know a thing or two about sales. I'm not easily persuaded into buying anything. Every time I go in, without fail, the staff has a stuffy attitude and is very pushy about upgrading my package. They criticized my lotion, stating "it isn't going to work" because it lacks some ingredient. By the time I start my service I'm exhausted from declining the upgrades. Today, the girl literally told me I was not going to see results from my package if I didn't upgrade. I tan easily and I've used my lotion enough times to know it works. I wish I could just come in, enjoy my membership and not be heckled every time.

I made my initial appointment and the week before that appointment, I received a call from the office that they had to cancel because the woman who did the laser hair removal had walked out and they had no one to replace her at the time. I proceeded to make a few appointments after that and each time as the appointment was approaching I was called and told that they had no on to do it. They then told me that they would call me whenever they had technician again. I never received that call. Several months later I became pregnant and was unable to do the do them, however the spa still had never called me anyways. I am now trying to book an appointment to start the past packages and am being told that they have expired. When I told her that I had appointments scheduled for months in a row that were cancelled by the spa, to no fault of my own, and the form I filled out in 2021 online when I bought the packages said nothing about an expiration date (I kept screenshots for my records since I was spending several hundred dollars online for these packages), she said there was nothing they could do.
