The owner Gene is a master at paintless dents and also helped in fixing a separate issue of damage unrelated to the accident. When I got my car back it felt brand new--cleaned, vacuumed, and waxed. The dealership told me it had to do with the repairs done by Nicks and they should tow the car so it could all go in a claim- Nick's left my car sitting at the dealership for a week. Jason the manager hung up on me and then called the foreman back however I still had the phone - it was the worst experience ever.
