A few years ago, I had a little ding on my car door, and they immediately got me in....Lately if I need help with something mechanical (or computer related) on my vehicle he is always there for me....Additionally, I feel they are reasonably priced, and run an honest business! It doesn't hurt that everyone is very skilled as well! He hires only top-notch employees. Gene is by far the nicest guy you might ever encounter, and runs a very professional and knowledgeable company! Even though he runs a very busy shop, he always drops everything to chat if I have any car issues/concerns! He's been in business a very, very long time, and it's no wonder why. Do check them out if you're ever in the area, and want to get a free estimate! It's worth the experience...Tell them Karen mentioned them on Yelp lol

He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and even helped with the insurance paperwork and getting a rental car, something I was completely overwhelmed by. When I picked up my Truck, it looked flawless, and they had even cleaned the interior, which was such a thoughtful surprise. In a world where great service is becoming rare, this shop is a gem. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Gene, Brian and all the staff at Good Shepherd Auto Body! The Giambone Family
