Perfection was perfect and pleasant and gave us the straight scoop and kept us informed and was honest and trustworthy. I have always now on multiple (sadly with 5 drivers) visits had to go back and they have made me feel like a valued customer and I dont think of them as agents for the insurance company just taking and making as much money on the accident as they can!!
