To begin, we had a car seat/ stroller that was given to us by a well meaning friend. Our car seats are so tight that I'm not sure if they're ever gonna come out of this car . I've even taken family Members to have their seats looked at, and Chris does it all with a smile. What I appreciate about Chris and Mike is that when we had a very noisy power seat (it still works, just sounds like chewbacca's mating call) they were honest with us, and said that the cost of trying to figure out what was wrong and then fix it was more than it was worth, and they didn't want to see us waste our money!
