We took off a star because the end cost was more than double the initial estimate. We were initially quoted $700 for the work based on the pictures I sent, and after a phone call when I explained the issues, he said give or take $200 more, but in the end, we had to pay $1,500 (plus a $100 tip). Dino explained that this was because there was some work needed that wasn't visible in the photos I sent. It might still be a good price overall compared to what I'll pay at the body shop, but for other potential buyers, just make sure you send all the photos of the things that need repairing so that you don't get surprised by the end cost.

What impressed me most was the paint work. My car has a three-coat pearl white finish, which is not easy to match, and Dino blended it perfectly with the rest of the car. Excellent work, and the car looks great. Highly recommend A1 Dent Tech.

Still, 5 months later they cannot get the rim and did not call to update me of their efforts or non-efforts... Call to get refund told to come down, go to the shop, will not reimburse the full amount they got paid (including labor and sales tax) from the insurance company, only the cost of the rim which they did not obtain/ install etc. STAY AWAY, under poor ownership. The dealership told me it had to do with the repairs done by Nicks and they should tow the car so it could all go in a claim- Nick's left my car sitting at the dealership for a week. The foreman stood there laughing (please see picture below) not helping, wouldn't get a manager on the phone until I said out loud I am recording this whole interaction. Jason the manager hung up on me and then called the foreman back however I still had the phone - it was the worst experience ever. To have the manager tell me "I had the car back for over 2 weeks and it probably wasn't their fault" I have documentation I had the car back for 4 days 2 of those days I work in Midtown so I don't drive. Jason was so unprofessional and rude. I wish AN OWNER would actually call to check on customer experience
