Horrible service! Owner was extremely rude. I was just in an accident and was trying to get down to my car to get necessities like some paperwork and keys to my office and the man told me I could not come down to get the items out of MY truck. Unfortunately a friend also had the same experience with his wife's car when she was trying to get her books for school. So we asked them to bring the truck to us. The owner seemed to have an attitude upon arrival and when I went to ask if my keys were inside the vehicle he said f*** this, didn't answer me but rather put his window up and continued to fly out of the parking lot shooting dirt and rocks up. In the last 3 years I have used East End Collision four times and have been very happy with both the service (prompt return phone calls and keeping me informed about status of repair) and quality of the work. We have one car that has been fixed by EEC 3 times and another car that has been repaired once - I can't tell that either car has been in an accident. The first time we used East End Collision was when the car was in an accident and was towed to East End Collision. Never Ever Ever go to this business. not only was I yelled and screamed at..the owner held my car hostage for one week without letting me or the insurance agent inspect the car. The only reason it ended up there was because after the accident my son spent the whole time in the ambulance and the police called the tow company. I guess the guy was pissed he got a totaled car and wasnt going to make money on it so he held it for additional storage fees. After one week of this nonsense I had the car removed by another autobody place. I had to call police and file a report on his conduct and will file a civil suit and have contacted the Better Business Bureau. I wouldnt give this business any stars however its making me press one star to post my review. This place is shady and the owner needs anger management counseling. Worst experience with this type of business ever!!!!!! read more
