I hit a deer and got a recommendation from my regular garage to go to East End Collision. I can't say enough of what a pleasure it was doing business with them. From my first interaction, dropping off the car, taking over dealing with the insurance company, etc. The repair was beautiful and my car was detailed when I got it back and my car was a pigsty! I will never go anywhere else for any bodywork that I need done. Super super customer service and Darren always has a smile. read more

This shop treated me so well. They are good guys, very old school which to me means they do things the right way and don't cut corners. Highly recommend! read more

I cannot say enough about this place. I ran into a very hard situation with my son. Not only was Darin able to fix our car, he had such compassion. He went above and beyond to accommodate me. He made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. The car looks like nothing ever happened. Professional, polished, caring, is just a few words. I highly recommend East End. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You don't come across people like you. read more

My 2013 Ford Escape was totaled. The police had it towed to East End Collision in Easport, NY. This place was great. They were empathic and showed great compassion when I told them I had no collision on the car. They did everything they could to help me. I saw some of their repair work on other cars when I went out there. Their work is outstanding. I highly recommend East End Collison. read more

Great customer service any questions or concerns I had he had the answers, even worked with me on putting a new part on I ordered and was honest that it wouldn't fit right and we still tried it out quick and then just went with his idea of going original and couldn't be happier. Amazing paint job and fixed what caliber collision did because the paint was rough and it was only a few months after they did it. Car was clean inside and out and definitely recommend and will take my car back to him any day read more

My pick up truck was hit in the back while I was in stop and go traffic which pushed me into the car in front of me. The tailgate could not be opened and there was a crease on the side of the bed of the truck. When I picked up the truck, it looked like it was brand new, East End Collision did a great job, they were professional and had the job done within the time they said they would. I would highly recommend them. read more

Great service. Got into an accident and needed to have my entire front replaced. I can honestly say that east end auto left my car looking better than when I even first bought it. And they completely detailed my car from the top down for free too. Hope to never get into an accident again, but I will always head here for any work I need on my car read more

Eddie in the past has done outstanding work. They work directly with the insurance adjuster. They work with you on no insurance. I have used them always. read more

Highly Recommend. Darin did my struts and Air Conditioning and every thing works perfect now. They only charge 65$ an hour for mechanical work and didn't charge full list price on parts. Had body work done there also, amazing paint job. Rides like a brand new car for half the money I was quoted at other mechanic shops. Very happy with service and price. Darin was helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable. The whole experience was a pleasure. read more

Jack and Darin were terrific, knowledgeable and super helpful in diagnosing and fixing a problem in an older model car. They're honest, fair and up front and gave our problem full attention. We highly recommend them! read more

Horrible service! Owner was extremely rude. I was just in an accident and was trying to get down to my car to get necessities like some paperwork and keys to my office and the man told me I could not come down to get the items out of MY truck. Unfortunately a friend also had the same experience with his wife's car when she was trying to get her books for school. So we asked them to bring the truck to us. The owner seemed to have an attitude upon arrival and when I went to ask if my keys were inside the vehicle he said f*** this, didn't answer me but rather put his window up and continued to fly out of the parking lot shooting dirt and rocks up. Horrible that you go through an accident and then get stuck dealing with people like him! read more

In 2018 Darren's tow truck showed up at my accident, was really nice and made me feel comfortable about taking my car to his shop. He delivered with a great job that included detailing the whole car in and out. Great service quality job thank you. Unfortunately my other car was hit in 2019 and needed repair this time It was drive able and because of our previous time there we gave him the car and were very pleased again. Working with this shop was a great experience from beginning to end. Thank you read more

Highly recommend!!!! The most amazing quality of service as well as the best customer service! They fixed my late fathers car many moons ago, and the car I have now was my fathers most recent one, and I happened to stumble upon this amazing place, only to learn they knew my dad and helped him out years prior!! Everything about my experience here was over the top perfection. read more

East End Collision could not have been any better!! Got hit by a car and was told that my vehicle, which had been in great shape and no problems, was totalled. Darren was fantastic. He worked hard to fix my car and do so at a great price. The quality was fantastic!! East End Collision was the first tow truck on the scene when a car ran a red light and hit me. As soon as Darren arrived he was concerned with making sure everyone on the scene was okay. He was accommodating and informative and I felt comfortable getting the work done on my car there. Darren kept me informed throughout the whole process and when I picked up my car it looked brand new. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more

In the last 3 years I have used East End Collision four times and have been very happy with both the service (prompt return phone calls and keeping me informed about status of repair) and quality of the work. We have one car that has been fixed by EEC 3 times and another car that has been repaired once - I can't tell that either car has been in an accident. The first time we used East End Collision was when the car was in an accident and was towed to East End Collision. We liked the work so much that we have used EEC for all subsequent repairs - would definitely recommend -highly recommend! read more

Awesome work!! Very professional. Darron is an honest guy. He went above and beyond by giving me a ride home, helping me with the insurance company and providing me updates regularly. I highly recommend his shop. The car looks great and the service was better read more

Couldn't be happier. I have used these guys a few times. Always helpful with insurance claims and the work is flawless.

I am shocked by the negative reviews here. This was my experience with them...My wife was rear-ended on the LIE. Her vehicle was towed to East End. I had many questions about how to proceed. I called there and Darin and Jack took the time to help me with every question and concern I had. The vehicle ended up being totaled so they didn't get the repair. They were helpful even after that. A quality shop that I would recommend to anyone. read more

The car was towed here without a choice after an accident while I was out of town. I contacted him after I returned home to just to grab something out of the car. The owner is extremely rude and very nasty. Hung up on me 2 times. We had our car towed out of there as soon as we could!!! Don't do business with them!!!! read more

Great experience ! Brought my BMW to east end, Darin was extremely patient with my insurance company and dealing with my repair. Also came to my house to pickup my car after the tire company didn't install something correctly, no charge! Would highly recommend, car looks better than it did before the accident read more

Never Ever Ever go to this business. not only was I yelled and screamed at..the owner held my car hostage for one week without letting me or the insurance agent inspect the car. The only reason it ended up there was because after the accident my son spent the whole time in the ambulance and the police called the tow company. I guess the guy was pissed he got a totaled car and wasnt going to make money on it so he held it for additional storage fees. After one week of this nonsense I had the car removed by another autobody place. I had to call police and file a report on his conduct and will file a civil suit and have contacted the Better Business Bureau. I wouldnt give this business any stars however its making me press one star to post my review. This place is shady and the owner needs anger management counseling. Worst experience with this type of business ever!!!!!! read more
