Well, bad, bad things happened to my beloved car. It DIED while in the turning lane. It would NOT…read moremove. So I called 911, but a nice young man came over to help. Turns out that he is a Southampton Town police officer and an Eastport firefighter! So he pushed the car onto a side street. Then I called AAA. I had to wait a long, long time--almost two hours, as it got dark, but then AAA called, and I got a text saying the tow truck was on its way. Joshua was WONDERFUL!! A genuinely nice man. He had had a very long day, but was cheerful, professional, and very kind. I am very appreciative of the service he provided. It was late, and he could not have been nicer. I hope that I don't need any more tows any time soon, but if I do, I hope that Joshua comes and rescues me. The tow was covered by AAA, so i don't know what it would have cost.

Wow. What a nightmare. I hate leaving bad reviews but it was 9 hours before they got to me from my…read morebooked appointment. This towing company was assigned me through my Verizon road side assistance. I booked an apt with them for the next day at 9-10am. It 7:30 they send a text telling me to be ready at 8:30 so I rush to do so. At 10:45 I call them asking where the truck is. They say 35 minutes. I wait and no dice. I call them back and they say the guy is having issues with the car he's working on. To leave the key on the car and they will come get it soon. My house mate comes and waits for two hours. No dice. After 4 more calls (most made cause they said they'd call back and didn't) they don't pick it up until after 5 pm when the mechanic was closed!! It made me look unreliable to the mechanic who I was just starting to do business with. While polite (something I value) they failed to keep me up dated and when the drive called at after 4:30 to let me know he was 45 minutes away it was the only call out of my 6 they returned. When they said they'd call back. Had they just said "listen it's a mess today we don't know when we'll get there. We will keep you posted." Or "can we reschedule " and I would have been fine. I just hate having my time wasted.
