Rafael came out from AAA about a week ago and tested my battery which stated to replace it. Luckily…read moreI bought it through AAA and it was still under their 3 year warranty! Boy was I wrong about that warranty! Unfortunately, Rafael refused to replace the battery and seemed to use every excuse possible in avoiding the task. He first quickly stated they do not change out batteries in the driveway if the battery is not easily accessible - not true as I bought this battery from AAA and had it installed in my infiniti in my driveway AND customer service confirmed this is not the case. The serpentine belt had just been replaced I told him and so he then took a look at that and claimed it was not installed correctly which seemed fishy right away. I then called the mechanic who installed the serpentine belt and they immediately came out and dismissed the nonsensical claim and assured AAA was wrong. There is no reason AAA should not replace a bad battery that is under warranty - plain and simple. If Rafael was so convinced it was the belt than why not just replace the battery and prove me wrong? If AAA is seeing the battery state "replace" why are they not replacing it!? I had to call member relations for them to approve it but of course Rafael was not willing to wait around 5 minutes while I got ahold of somebody. Unprofessional and a stain on the great services AAA used to provide their customers.

Wow. What a nightmare. I hate leaving bad reviews but it was 9 hours before they got to me from my…read morebooked appointment. This towing company was assigned me through my Verizon road side assistance. I booked an apt with them for the next day at 9-10am. It 7:30 they send a text telling me to be ready at 8:30 so I rush to do so. At 10:45 I call them asking where the truck is. They say 35 minutes. I wait and no dice. I call them back and they say the guy is having issues with the car he's working on. To leave the key on the car and they will come get it soon. My house mate comes and waits for two hours. No dice. After 4 more calls (most made cause they said they'd call back and didn't) they don't pick it up until after 5 pm when the mechanic was closed!! It made me look unreliable to the mechanic who I was just starting to do business with. While polite (something I value) they failed to keep me up dated and when the drive called at after 4:30 to let me know he was 45 minutes away it was the only call out of my 6 they returned. When they said they'd call back. Had they just said "listen it's a mess today we don't know when we'll get there. We will keep you posted." Or "can we reschedule " and I would have been fine. I just hate having my time wasted.
