***AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** This business conducts both unethical and illegal activities. We were…read moretold by the tow driver that they were unable to tow her car to any lot other than theirs, even though this is illegal, as the car is personal property that can be towed where the owner wishes. After sitting in their lot for 6 full days, the company informed our Insurance carrier that they had never received the car, and that it was not on their lot. This required several phone calls to "find" her car, which was there all along. This company then continued to not return phone calls from the Insurance carrier, keeping the car on their lot for two full weeks, refusing to release the car to be towed to the auto shop. I questioned him about why he moved my car to his house and had someone working on the car without my consent and he kept telling excuses and lies.
