Gerry was assigned to me and he took great care of me and my car. Upon inspecting my car he explained what parts were needed, where they'd come from, and the process to repair it. Their affiliation with Geico saved a lot of time and the work began immediately. (I am not a Geico customer but the knucklehead who hit me is) Gerry set the expectation and timeline for repairs. I received text updates Monday, Wednesday, and Friday just as Gerry said. They hit the completion date exactly as promised.
