My 2024 Acura ZDX was sideswiped in a parking lot. I went to two repair shops for estimates and both or comparable with the estimates and I decided to bring it to Giordano's.. I could not be happier with how it turned out!. It looks like it just came out of the showroom! The staff was very friendly. They gave me a reasonable estimate. They had it 2 1/2 days to do the repairs and called me to let me know it was ready. I recently had my mom's car serviced, she is 85 years old, and miss placed her invoice at home. I called to get another one emailed to me and still can't get it. I paid to get it inspected and a few other items, total was around $1,200. I stopped in 3 times to ask for a copy of invoice and can't still get it. I am really disappointed in the customer service and the lack of communication; all I'm asking for is a copy of a PAID INVOICE!! If this is the way they are going treat 85-year-old women (recent widower), then this is the end of my dealings with this business, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNEXCUSEABLE! Giordano's Collision is a great repair shop. I brought in my 2023 Honda CRV and he repaired the front fender and side panel . They did a beautiful job and it looks like new. They adhered to the Honda regulations also. Neil took extra time and care on my car and I would definitely bring it there again! Their estimate was reasonable and they worked well with my insurance company. They even had Enterprise pick me up for my rental and I left the car at Giordano's for pick up. So I just got my car done here. Lou and the staff was incredibly helpful with the whole process. They told me it would take about a week to get the whole side of my car done. And it did. The body work done was incredible, it looked like it was never damaged. The paint match was great. You couldn't even tell it was painted no runs, no orange peel, no fisheyes, and no dry spots. They also detailed my car for me. Made it look brand new. I would totally use this place again. read more

Being a First Responder, we put our vehicles through it all. Giordano's ALWAYS does a first rate job for a fair price. One vehicle we had not even a week and Hurricane Sandy hit. By the time we were done helping out in the Breezy/Rockaway area, from pushing things out of the way, to the scratches, I figured the truck (Ford Explorer) was done. We even had 3 inches of sand inside the truck. Lou said don't worry, it will look like new. And it did. So when I had a problem with my brand new 2018 Platinum F150 (personal truck (wife hit tailgate release on a cement wall and then drove away), I was sick over it. Took it to Giordano's of course. He knew I had saved for this truck and could see the pain in my eyes)). Lou one again said not to worry, I promise you won't even be able to tell. Not gonna lie, I was nervous about paint match since this a metallic triple coat Platinum white and I'm VERY OCD. I finally picked it up yesterday. Wow. Amazing. I couldn't tell. It looked great. Had Just picked up my grandmothers 06 Accord. Horrible job. Fisheyes all over the bumper, include with overspray. Definitely scratched the roof up real good, dinged up the doors. Horrible experience. Fish eyes , overspray, chipped glass when removing. The car was also hit in front while in there possession and they tried to give it back to me this way. Lol. They did the repair after arguing with them! Work was still crap. Lou is nice , but staff is not qualified including his BS silver haired manager and fake receptionist . Make sure you look at your car in good light before leaving! They will wet your car down to make it look good so you can't see small imperfections .Better off with thrifty paint job. I brought my car to be fixed at Giordanos collision. Lou himself, looked over the work that needed to be done and then gave me an estimate. When I asked him if he was certain of his estimate he stated that he was. When I came to pick up the car, with no communication from the shop after dropping the car off, I was told that that I would have to pay an additional $500. Mind you, the owner never called me about this. When I told him it was not fair and that he should have at least contacted me, he agreed but said there was nothing he could do about it. When I protested having to pay the extra $500, he said fine, and that he would take all the new parts out of the car ( even though he was lready paid a substantial amount by my insurance mop any) and I could drive the car away without them. Being stuck between a rock and a hard place I had to take the car for which he took off a few dollars. On a good note, the work done to the car was very good, however my rating of one star is based on the above. So if you go to Giordanos, make sure you get your estimate in WRITING. Went again to have my car repaired and still the best shop in town. Quality repairs and my car looks like it came out of the showroom. I was greeted quickly by staff members who were all very friendly and the owner Lou, is one of the best people I have ever dealt with.
