Right off the bat the driver began swearing at me and threatened to have my car impounded after I asked him what I had to do to get the boot off the car. After I paid him, I of course, wasn't having a very polite attitude myself, and was told if I "kept my act up" my car would be intentionally damaged during the towing operation. Along with his attitude was a severe lack of intelligence after trying to tell me my car was registered in another state and said it was reported stolen, and then was unable to locate the vehicle's VIN number which is etched on the windows. As I said, the money didn't bother me. I park illegally, I have to pay, no problem. But there is absolutely no reason for swearing and threats when I try to cooperate with what's happening.
