It was there less then 24 hours and I asked if they can tow it to a location less then 5 miles away. When I went to go pay the bill it was almost 900$. They charged me for things they didn't even do. I asked if there was anyway they can work with me with the price and the flat out said no. Not only that but they were so rude and cold that not even once did they ask if I was ok from the accident. Everyone i spoke to from other people involved to all the insurance people that was the first question Everyone asked but not them they were only focused on overcharging me to have my truck there for less then 24 hours. Do not go to South Shore auto collision. My car was recently involved in an accident where several…read morepieces had to be replaced. I specifically asked them to put on Toyota brand parts, paid for them. Yet to my surprise, they did most of the job with aftermarket parts. I only know this because I took my car to get a regular check up at my local Toyota dealer, and they informed me that the parts were in fact, not Toyota that were replaced. Not to mention, there was a huge fiasco with an employee leaving that was working on my car, which significantly increased the time it took to fix the car. Two weeks turned into four weeks, every code under the books is popping up, and I need to get my car fixed at Toyota now.
