Never received my regi in the mail. John is a complete soulless clown who will have you running to and from his dealership lying about paying for repairs and keep egging you along hoping you'll eventually leave him alone. I stayed eager to get my old car back eventually got him to crack and take the Audi back when I threatened to take him to court. Be very careful when doing business with this clown STAY AWAY ALL TOGETHER place is poorly run and messy they sell pieces of garbage. Besides that, she ran a hard inquiry on my credit 3 times on 3 different days, 2 of them were with wrong information and I need to deal with the credit bureau now to remove the wrong information from my reports.
