Unfortunately, I need to share our experience dealing with this business. We had a small issue with…read morethe car that needed some welding on the frame (the front end had to be removed), and I think the welding job was done very well. My issue is with everything else. The original estimate went up significantly, and the car was delivered in awful condition and with complete disregard. It was dirty and dusty inside and out, the engine wasn't running properly and had to be fixed, the cooling system had air in it, and the hood wasn't aligned correctly. We only complained about the hood alignment, but Tom was well aware of all the other issues. We tried to work with him to get the hood aligned, and it was a nightmare. You feel like you're not welcome there, and even after a second attempt, we walked away with the hood still not aligned -- now we'll just deal with it ourselves. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone because of the carelessness, and I honestly regret trusting them.

I was a little iffy to be honest for the lack of reviews, which tend to be skewed since most people tend review when there's an issue. So the bumper needed to be replaced on my black 2016 Camry with an OEM one which came out to $100 cheaper than a bigger known repair shop. I can't comment on them REPAIRING as they REPLACED the bumper, but all I have to say they did an amazing job on the paint matching! A lot of the times you can tell that a car got their bumper repainted since it has a slightly different hue upon observation, but this place color matched PERFECTLY. There's blue glitter in the black paint in the sun and they were even able to get that in the paint as well -- incredible. I even attached photos where you can even see for it yourself. Although the rear end collision was an inconvenience to me, I'm happy that I know that I have a place where I can bring it to now. Thank you so much on the great job Vittorio's!

They were rated highly on Angie's list and Yelp and, happily, Depalo's lived up to its ratings. The rep. answered all of our questions (and there were many), he returned our car when promised and, most importantly, he did an amazing job. Admittedly, we didn't need a huge amount of work done but Depalo's work was of excellent quality. There was no sign that our car was ever in an accident, and they even went the extra mile by vacuuming out the interior (even though the interior had no work done on it). I had hoped never to need an autobody shop again, but in August 2019 we returned with my daughter's car after she was hit twice in a parking lot. Depalo's was as professional and well run as the first time. The work was beautiful, the car was finished when we were told it would be finished, and Margaret from the customer service dept. had the patience of a saint because I asked A LOT of questions. Nobody wants to get in an accident, but it's nice to know there's a neighborhood place I can go to that will make it as painless and inexpensive as possible when accidents happen.

If you're ever in need of a local mechanic or auto body shop, this is the place to go to…read more My family have been customers of Star Car for years, but my most recent experience prompted me to write this review. After a recent accident, my dad's car was towed to a different auto body shop in the area. Upon "inspection" that shop determined that the vehicle should be totaled. We contacted Bobby at Star Car, who had the vehicle towed to his shop the following day for a second opinion. Bobby determined that the vehicle was not totaled and was able to repair my Dad's car cost effectively. Not only did he repair the vehicle, while he was driving the car to realign it, he noticed that the breaks were pulling and took it upon himself to further inspect it. He determined that both caliber's on the front wheels were frozen and repaired them, making the vehicle completely safe. All this to say, Bobby and the entire staff at Star Car consistently go above and beyond. I've always been happy with their work, but this time especially, it's clear that their priority is with the customer, ensuring your vehicle is repaired safely and properly. Thank you Bobby!
