When I questioned what happen to fixing the rim I was asked by the shop person, "Oh, we were supposed to do that?" It was clearly on the insurance estimate we both had. Still, 5 months later they cannot get the rim and did not call to update me of their efforts or non-efforts... Call to get refund told to come down, go to the shop, will not reimburse the full amount they got paid (including labor and sales tax) from the insurance company, only the cost of the rim which they did not obtain/ install etc. STAY AWAY, under poor ownership. Cannot stress it enough, do not go to this shop!

The for sale sign on the front of the building wasn't instilling much confidence and they seemed like they didn't want to be bothered to do the job or even try to ask for what we wanted from the insurance. Slapping bondo on a new car wasn't exactly what we had in mind as a repair when the doors were clearly wrecked. Can't speak for the quality of the work we would've gotten because we ended up elsewhere given their hesitance to request new parts for our vehicle.

We took off a star because the end cost was more than double the initial estimate. We were initially quoted $700 for the work based on the pictures I sent, and after a phone call when I explained the issues, he said give or take $200 more, but in the end, we had to pay $1,500 (plus a $100 tip). Dino explained that this was because there was some work needed that wasn't visible in the photos I sent. It might still be a good price overall compared to what I'll pay at the body shop, but for other potential buyers, just make sure you send all the photos of the things that need repairing so that you don't get surprised by the end cost.
