Our car seats are so tight that I'm not sure if they're ever gonna come out of this car . I've even taken family Members to have their seats looked at, and Chris does it all with a smile. What I appreciate about Chris and Mike is that when we had a very noisy power seat (it still works, just sounds like chewbacca's mating call) they were honest with us, and said that the cost of trying to figure out what was wrong and then fix it was more than it was worth, and they didn't want to see us waste our money! While I've never had any work done with them, if it's ever needed, I know they will be my first call

When I questioned what happen to fixing the rim I was asked by the shop person, "Oh, we were supposed to do that?" It was clearly on the insurance estimate we both had. Still, 5 months later they cannot get the rim and did not call to update me of their efforts or non-efforts... Call to get refund told to come down, go to the shop, will not reimburse the full amount they got paid (including labor and sales tax) from the insurance company, only the cost of the rim which they did not obtain/ install etc. STAY AWAY, under poor ownership. Cannot stress it enough, do not go to this shop!

The dealership told me it had to do with the repairs done by Nicks and they should tow the car so it could all go in a claim- Nick's left my car sitting at the dealership for a week. I had to go to Nicks on a Saturday to find out why they told me my car was towed and it never was. The foreman stood there laughing (please see picture below) not helping, wouldn't get a manager on the phone until I said out loud I am recording this whole interaction. Jason the manager hung up on me and then called the foreman back however I still had the phone - it was the worst experience ever. To have the manager tell me "I had the car back for over 2 weeks and it probably wasn't their fault" I have documentation I had the car back for 4 days 2 of those days I work in Midtown so I don't drive. Jason was so unprofessional and rude. I wish AN OWNER would actually call to check on customer experience

They did everything they could to make sure I saved as much money as possible, even so far as coming to my apartment to fill up my tire so I didn't need to pay to have it towed. If you need body work in the selden area (even if you're a little farther away) I highly recommend choosing this one.

The for sale sign on the front of the building wasn't instilling much confidence and they seemed like they didn't want to be bothered to do the job or even try to ask for what we wanted from the insurance. Can't speak for the quality of the work we would've gotten because we ended up elsewhere given their hesitance to request new parts for our vehicle.

We took off a star because the end cost was more than double the initial estimate. We were initially quoted $700 for the work based on the pictures I sent, and after a phone call when I explained the issues, he said give or take $200 more, but in the end, we had to pay $1,500 (plus a $100 tip). Dino explained that this was because there was some work needed that wasn't visible in the photos I sent. It might still be a good price overall compared to what I'll pay at the body shop, but for other potential buyers, just make sure you send all the photos of the things that need repairing so that you don't get surprised by the end cost.
