We were referred to Harbor Collision by our Lexus dealer when my wife's Lexus ES300H had damage to the front passenger side of the fender. They did an outstanding job and quickly of ordering and painting the new replacement piece. You would never know that there had been any damage at all! Then my Lexus had damage to the outside passenger side mirror that required it to be replaced. Again Harbor Collision did a great job and I got the car back in 4 days!! The quality of the work done on both cars was beyond excellent, and we felt we got good value for our money. I was rear ended and many friends recommended Harbor Collision and I can see why. I was greeted by the lovely receptionist Vita who promptly had her staff take a look at my truck. They then took care of everything! They contacted the 3rd party Insurer who was paying for the damages, set up the appointment and had my car back to me within a few days. To the person who wrote about the receptionist... I thought she was great... but honestly, I went to Harbor Collision for body work and would not judge a body shop on how you are greeted. Jon and his crew do excellent work and if you have to pay out of pocket, his rates are very reasonable. This was the second time I used Harbor Collision and the second time I was very impressed!!! John helped me both times and this time I got a quote from another body shop in the area (Sal's) before I saw John. It was the holiday weekend and Harbor was closed that Friday. The quote from Sal's was for $1,500 to do all three pages of a quoted estimate. John looked at the problem, went in the back and used thinner to wipe it away and then put on a coat of wax!!!!! I was stunned!!!! He didn't even charge me for his time.....I DO believe there are kind, honest people in the world, and John is one of them!!!!! . read more

Absolutely awful! There customer service is just terrible. The person answering the phones is just the most non caring most obnoxious person I have ever spoken to. I asked for an invoice for a repair that they had performed less than two years ago. She said "Sir--we throw all invoices and repair bills out after a year...why would we keep them"---I said--my repair was less than two years ago and surely you have a record of me and my repair. She said we DO NOT--if you want to know what we did to your car CALL your insurance company. So very nasty. I would never ever think of using them again--and beware of using them-----their customer service is awful--and their work equally bad--hence why I was calling them----if I could give them less than 1 star I would. read more

Owner of this company has a terrible attitude and clearly needs anger management. He told me he was having a "bad day." Everyone has bad days, but you shouldn't pass that on to your customers. He quoted me a price... which I should have gotten in writing. (Now I know why I wasn't given one.) On the day of my appointment, he was not there and is foreman approached me and assured me that he was the right person to be talking to. (His exact words: "I'm the foreman here and I'm getting the work done. You will get more from me than you will get from him.") ?? I told him the price I was quoted by the owner and went over the repairs with him. I asked if the car could it be waxed when done. He said yes. He tacked $125 on to the quote and I was fine with that. I got a call from the owner when done. He told me he could not wax the car that day, there wasn't enough time. I understood. He then gave me a price DOUBLE what his original quote was, and $100 MORE than what his foreman quoted...WITHOUT the waxing. Said he did more work than expected and it took longer. (I do not see evidence of the extra work and he charged me 2X the originally quoted price and I was not called.) Totally unacceptable. When I questioned him and told him about his foreman's quote, he went off on me. Yelling and telling me I shouldn't have listened to his foreman. When I arrived I tried again to talk to him, but he was screaming and flailing his arms telling me he wasn't interested in anything I had to say. Screaming. Totally unprofessional shop. The receptionist looked and acted like it was the last place she wanted to be. He obviously doesn't communicate with his foreman. I would report them to the BBB, but they are not accredited there. Only time will tell if the work he did on my car will hold up. Shouldn't be in business if he's that angry. BTW, I am a female senior citizen. read more

So far I have taken two of my Honda's to this shop for repair. I have the bad luck of having fender benders after only two months after buying a new Honda Civic. I took in my first 2013 Honda Civic after scraping the front right fender. They were able to repair it to like new. You would never have known there was any damage. My 2019 Honda Civic I only had for a month when someone put a huge dent in the front right fender (no scraping or paint transfer so I have no idea how that happened). Again, they did an excellent job in the repair. I had a friend who had a tree land on her rear bumper tearing it and doing damage to the surrounding area. Her husband used to do a lot of body repair and she took hers to a different shop (didn't ask who). She was very unhappy with the job. Though I couldn't immediately see what she was talking about, she showed me how you could see the bumper didn't fit as there was a bit of overlapping and the "gaps" between the parts were not even. Also saw where the new part had uneven edges. And the paint didn't exactly match the rest of the car. Since she was able to notice all that immediately, I asked her to look at the job that was done on my car. We both did a in depth inspection on my car and I could see the difference between the job done on her car and mine. You would have never known that my new fender was not the original one by the color of the paint. The edges were smooth and the "gaps" were all even. Once again, I am more than pleased with the job they did on my car. I was told that if I did find any issue, to please contact them. Following an accident on December 21, 2018 in my 2017 Lexus RX350, I was referred to Harbor Collision by Lexus. Harbor's tow truck showed up in less than a half hour. When I arrived at Harbor, the office manager immediately contacted Enterprise to pick me up to arrange for a rental. If it wasn't for the kindness that was shown to me by Harbor and the efficiency with which these arrangements were made, the accident experience could have been a disaster. Harbor kept in touch with me during the repair process and contacted me the minute my car was ready to be picked up. The car was perfectly repaired, washed and detailed. I have recommended Harbor to all of my friends and neighbors as the perfect place for auto collision repairs. read more

Bad experience with this shop. A few months after I had my car repaired, I needed to replace a front headlamp that went out. I went to my Chevy dealership because it was under warranty. I was informed that my insurance wouldn't cover the replacement because it was determined that Harbor Collision used after market parts on my front end collision repair! I brought this to Jon's attention at Harbor. He denied the accusation and refused to produce an itemized bill when I requested to see what parts were used in my repair. He also refused to speak to me on the phone or in person afterwards. I will never do business with this collision repair shop again. I will not recommend his services to my friends or family. read more
