They streamlined the entire process and made the repairs easily. Unfortunately, there were some bureaucratic issues in getting my deductible advanced, since the party at-fault was to be billed. Tracy, at the body shop, is truly my guardian Angel. She treated me like family and got everything resolved. She also had the body shop clean my car like it was detailed! I…read moredon't write a lot of Yelp reviews, but I'm posting one here because this business (and Willy) deserve it. Even if you have to wait until they can get you in, (it could be 2 weeks lead time or more) if you care about your car and want the best possible repair, it's worth it to wait for Dowling to do the work. Every car has come back looking factory, like it never happened. Couple of things I will include in addition to the quality of the work. For one, Willy and Dowling is an expert not just in repairing cars, but in dealing with insurance companies. Companies will usually low ball the estimate, leave out a bunch of parts (or specify used parts !) and send you a check for thier own amount. They are hoping you DONT repair your vehicle, and simply pocket the money. I'm sure people who really need the money more than they need the work done do exactly that, saving the insurance company half or more of the true cost of the repair. With 2 different cars, Willy and Dowling went back to the company and had them revise their estimate (which had to double) to include parts left out, or to include factory new body panels instead of used or aftermarket crap that came in damaged or didn't fit up to Dowlings standards. One more notable difference - Dowling cleans and details your car inside and out before returning it to you. It's just a nice professional touch, the last step in doing the job right. For top quality body work and service, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Even if I have to wait to get in.

First they installed LED light bars on the sides of my 2016 RAM 2500 truck and just the other day I had them install cab clearance roof lights which needed 5 holes drilled through the roof of my cab. They did it right. Not only did they install the rubber seal that came with the lights, but used silicone in the holes for added water leakage protection and all at an affordable price! Needless to say I have more for them to do and they are the go to shop for all my accessory upgrades for sure.
