Reached out after seeing his reviews on the Internet and I shared photos of the dent by text. We agreed on a date, a location and a price. Confirmed the appointment this morning but changed the location because our kids are home, sick. No problem for The Dent Guy! He arrived a bit early, super pleasant to work with and had my dent corrected in no time. A total pleasure. Going to follow all of this up by saying that I do have a local body shop that I like. They do great work and I've never felt overcharged. Downside is that a trip to the body shop means that I'll be without my vehicle for the day while it's being worked on. For the price and convenience, The Dent Guy will be first on my list when my vehicle suffers more dents next time!

Dino did a good job on our car that we were preparing to return at the end of its lease. He was…read morepunctual, and he worked quickly. We took off a star because the end cost was more than double the initial estimate. We were initially quoted $700 for the work based on the pictures I sent, and after a phone call when I explained the issues, he said give or take $200 more, but in the end, we had to pay $1,500 (plus a $100 tip). Dino explained that this was because there was some work needed that wasn't visible in the photos I sent. It might still be a good price overall compared to what I'll pay at the body shop, but for other potential buyers, just make sure you send all the photos of the things that need repairing so that you don't get surprised by the end cost.

What impressed me most was the paint work. My car has a three-coat pearl white finish, which is not easy to match, and Dino blended it perfectly with the rest of the car. Excellent work, and the car looks great. Highly recommend A1 Dent Tech.

I will share updates on the quality over time. For now, thank you, Jimmy. My Car's Problem: The driver's side was hit near the tire. The impact was small but it caused the door to sit out of alignment, which led to airflow and noise in the cabin. The plastic trim near the tire lifted, and there were dents, scratches, and paint chips. Jimmy assured me that he could get the repair very close to perfect. I will continue to update this review as I drive the car and see how the work holds up. Here is a breakdown of my experience so far: * This is a mobile repair service based out of NYC. Estimates are done over the phone after you send in photos. Make sure to send clear pictures. Jimmy can identify most issues as long as the images are detailed. * Jimmy was kind, energetic, and easy to communicate with. He responded quickly, sent progress photos, and even FaceTimed me with updates, which I really appreciated. * He also addressed an issue I did not initially realize was connected to the impact. There was a gap when closing the passenger door that created wind and noise inside the cabin. He fixed it, and so far the noise and airflow are gone. Overall, based on the price and convenience, I would recommend checking out On the Spot. To avoid any surprises, make sure to communicate clearly with Jimmy so you receive an accurate estimate up front. The only challenge we ran into was that the final work required more time and effort than what was originally quoted. If you have dents or scratches and need a fast solution, this is a good option.
