We took off a star because the end cost was more than double the initial estimate. We were initially quoted $700 for the work based on the pictures I sent, and after a phone call when I explained the issues, he said give or take $200 more, but in the end, we had to pay $1,500 (plus a $100 tip). Dino explained that this was because there was some work needed that wasn't visible in the photos I sent. It might still be a good price overall compared to what I'll pay at the body shop, but for other potential buyers, just make sure you send all the photos of the things that need repairing so that you don't get surprised by the end cost.

What impressed me most was the paint work. My car has a three-coat pearl white finish, which is not easy to match, and Dino blended it perfectly with the rest of the car. I hired Johnny on the Move Mobile Dent Repair. After sending him clear photos of the bumper damage,…read morehe quoted me $500 and said it would take 1.5-2 hours. When he arrived, he suddenly claimed the job was "much bigger" than he thought and raised the price to $800, saying he originally believed it was only a 30‑minute job -- even though his quote already said 1.5-2 hours. He was polite and smooth about it, and said I didn't have to go through with the repair, but realistically, once someone has driven to your home, you feel stuck. I agreed, and the final repair was good. No issues with the workmanship. My issue is the honesty. The story changed multiple times, and the price jumped significantly despite him having photos beforehand. The work quality is solid, but the experience felt manipulative. Future customers should be aware of this.

would not recommend this painter based on my experience. I…read morepaid $1,200 to have my car painted, and the quality of the work was far below what was promised. The paint finish is extremely rough and uneven, with visible texture throughout the repaired area. There is overspray on surrounding panels, poor blending between sections, and the overall finish looks rushed and unprofessional. I contacted the painter about these issues, but the problems remain unresolved. A proper paint job should have a smooth, consistent finish and attention to detail, neither of which was delivered in my case. I am posting this so others can make an informed decision before hiring this painter. I have photos documenting the condition of the vehicle after the work was completed.
