If I could leave zero stars I would. A tree trunk fell on my brothers Paint to Sample M2 and I recommended this place as I was sent here for all my previous cars by triend reterrals. Leo quoted $1,600 ($600 more than all the competitors) and we agreed. Right before we went to pick up the car he texted my brother that they scratched up the inside of his hood. Following my many year relationship with this shop and all the customers I recommended as well, I tried to work out a lower price that works for both of us with Leo. Leo immediately threw his hands up and said "I'm now lowering shit my price is my price I put mad time into this." Not only did he create a new $600-$800 problem on top of the $1,600 but he didn't have the decency to speak to me like a gentlemen, just threw his hands up and walked away. Ironically enough, I called around and found out that this has been the theme with Leo lately, overcharging and never taking accountability. If this was 2-3 years ago, I'd recommend him all day. The worst experience I ever had at an auto facility. They charged to remove scratches, never removed them, and still wanted to get paid. Knowing the system, they wanted me to call the cops because all the cops can do is tell me I can leave my care there until a court case is resolved or pay for the work that's not done and then take them to court. This place is the best, amazing work!! 3 other guys tried to charge me $1200-1800 to fix the dent, claiming that they had to take the door out and paint, etc. Another guy barely looked at it and told me to come back in June! Came back to my parked vehicle one day with a medium sized dent right under the passenger side door. Was a little skeptical about this place since I've had no experience with getting a dent fixed. Leo's work is promised as advertised! My back fender was dented by a shopping cart inside the parking lot of a supermarket last week. The dent was the size of a quarter. At first, I went to Gold Coast to get an estimate. They wanted to repaint half the side of my car, remove the back wheel, and take out the fender. Gold Coast quoted me a cost of $850. We own two vehicles manufactured by Mitsubishi. An Outlander and Endeavor. They are both 2007. Bell has been servicing our vehicles ever since we purchased them. We've had nothing but impeccable service by them. 2014 my husband made up his mind to trade-in is Outlander for a late model Montero. The main feature he needed about the Montero is the height, easier for him to get in and out of the vehicle. Plus he likes that style. He didn't luck up locating a Montero within eight months. He settled getting a vehicle similar to it, the Nissan Xterra 2011. He's very please with it. The dealership where we bought this car said you have seven days to test it out. I drove the car. Real nice drive but, did not feel secure with the brakes. The car stops fine. When press on the brake pedal it would go a little too close to the floor to bring it to a full stop. I was petrified . My husband said let's take it to Bell to have them check it out . I called Dominick, Service Manager told him we bought an Xterra and would want an overhaul inspection done on it. He said bring it in. His team did the inspection . They found that the vehicle is in need of oil change, replace rear brakes they are rusty, brake pulsation coming from front rotors, resurface the front rotors and change the wiper blades they are squeaky. We went back to the dealership where we bought the vehicle. Presented them the inspection list done by Bell. They complied. I drove the the vehicle when the car was completed of repairs. the breaks still didn't feel satisfactory to me. I called Dominick the next day telling him I don't feel any difference with the brakes. He said bring the car back he would check it over . I called my husband and told him to take the car back to Bell when you're done with your errands . Dominic gave it a test drive and he says that he can feel that the brakes have been serviced. Now I am convinced my mind is at peace. I can count on Dominick's years of experience and honesty. .
