I found Pro Sound on Groupon in 2019 for window tints for great price ; called and received an appointment right away. They have tinted 2 windows in 2019; no issues with bubbles or peeling. The tints really help with the side view mirrors reflecting other car high beams irritating my eyes while driving. I recently returned to get 5 windows tinted on a new car ; excluding the windshield. (Which i think i will be coming back to do soon) ! The staff is professional Mr. Will is very entertaining and knowledgeable about the process. I didn't feel pressured to purchase more than what i intended. Everything is computed in the system and warranty is given. The job took almost 2 hours so i walked around the neighborhood and returned to their customer lounge with Cable Tv ; clean restroom and other amenities. Definitely recommend ! While the tints came out pretty well, I didn't appreciate being told it would take 2-3 hours when in reality it took 6hrs. I had an 11am appointment, to which I arrived 20 minutes early. They drove my car into the shop, I chose the tint, paid... even talked with the young man at front counter for a while. Then got an Uber.... Called 3 hours later to check on status only to be told they had not even started on my car. Time is our most valuable asset and one I do not enjoy having wasted. If they had simply told me it could take up to 6 hours, it would be up to me to decide if it was worth it. Just be honest and direct with customers. Very good work, but be prepared to lose an entire day having your sports car tinted. read more

My father had an alarm installed from them on one of his vehicles and couldn't figure out why the alarm kept triggering itself so often. He lived with this for a year or two until he finally grew tired and asked me for assistance. I began to trace their wiring and found that they mounted the shock sensor on top of the OBD port. Perfect place to prevent a thief from cutting it! Also found loose wires dangling underneath the dash. I've left a previous review showing their bad wiring before. I don't know why I never bothered to check it out on my fathers car, but now that I did I decided that I'm going to rewire and remount all of their components. Long story short, the install is unprofessional, unsafe, unreliable and overpriced ($500 for an alarm install). Please consider installing your products at your local Best Buy Geek Squad Auto Tech garage. They'll charge you far less and use only the most professional wiring techniques. read more

Don't do window tint at here. They are not professional. I did tint a month ago, had bubbles on my back window shield. And they replaced it, but still have bubbles on same spot. Groupon ppl, they are gonna ask you to do carbon with extra charge $90, don't do it. Not worth it. read more

I purchased a Pioneer avh-4500NEX and brought it here with all accesories needed to get it installed. They took between 4-5 hours to get it done. When i took the car on the road it all worked perfectly fine except for the siri from the steering controls. I purchased the maestro module to get this feature. I found out sometimes it just doesnt work since i have the accord with the navigation. Even though everything worked fine i found that there was a panel not put in correctly. I was told to bring the car in the next day. They were helpful and got it done quickly. I wanted to give a 5 star but something such as this i shouldnt have to go back for. I dropped the review by one star because i had to come back for them not correctly insalling my brake bypass. I came in and they put on the dvd and guy says look its ok. I explain it is not moving he says take a picuture next time it happens. I went around the block, took a picture, and came back. He says "o we will take a look. Man its difficult to find good business. I think i will open up my own shop without experience and will most likely have lots of success. read more

Decided to tinker around and uncover what sort of installation they did on my amp. I'm glad I did because I found a dangerous electrical connection made on my fuse box as they wired the remote turn on wire to a fuse by wedging a piece of metal into the box. This was dangerous because it melted my fuse and could have cause electrical damages. I called them to let them know and they told me they don't want to do business with me because all I ever do is leave bad reviews on everyone. I cannot even begin to understand the correlation between their poor workmanship and my reviewing of other locations. Pro Sound yet again fails to admit their mistakes. In addition, the staff told me they were doing well and had great business! I sure do they're doing better wiring on other customers cars. read more

Honestly my first couple times here were good, however, taking my mother's brand new 2023 vehicle there was a hassle. I took it there once and upon coming back for bubbles I had to talk to Diogo. Both me and the vehicle owner had expressed some concerns and Diogo didn't seem to like it. He communicated in a very condescending and rude tone and the replacements took over an hour longer than originally putting them on took. Keep in mind we are both women, even though not in the same profession as him, we are knowledgeable. Three and a half hours and counting, to replace tints that originally take 2 hours. Even though his main thing was "we are humans not machines, we can't do perfection." There were a few cars but 11:30-3 is ridiculous, I've never waited this long. There was also a stain on my leather seats that he didn't care to take responsibility for, from his job inside the car. Upon me addressing it I provided him and his employees with a blanket, to cover the areas in which he will sit, spray, and wipe; for him this was still frustrating. I would not accuse someone of something they are not guilty of FYI. I'm not one to understand Spanish, but I know when someone is habla mierda. My car is sitting ON wasting gas and sitting in the studio with no one tending to it. If you are in the waiting room there's a chance they'll take longer than they're supposed to. They do pretty great work, considering the price and I've been happy with my tints; but the customer service is horrendous and is something that needs to be rectified and for nothing because he's the owner :). He can do whatever he wants I'm sure. After appointment update: He explained AFTER the fact why it took so long. ONLY after me telling him I have a chemotherapy appointment to get to. However, I work in customer service, and the way you speak to people is highly important. I explained to him you could have told me in the beginning, "it's going to take longer than usual, I have a pretty busy schedule with appointments today", "You'll be here for a bit because there's a few people ahead of you but we'll get it done ASAP." He just did not care and I was really trying to not be rude or say something out of character. When I tell you, I felt as though I was talking to my father, that's saying something. Out of all maybe five interactions I've had with this man, this has had to be the worst day to go to him. And in all fairness, and excuse my French, I don't know what bug crawled up his ass, but he just wanted to give it to me and my mother today. He talked to everyone else who walked in the shop with the upmost respect and a lowered tone. When I continued to try to talk to him in a decent, kind matter, I was met with the same tone as before...repeatedly (at least 4 times). It was utterly frustrating and annoying. read more

Had these guys do an aftermarket alarm on my car a few years back. I randomly started getting malfunctions with my vehicle's computer modules. My AC controls weren't working and my tail lamps were malfunctioning. Upon diagnosing, I found cut/loose wires to my OBD harness! They loosened up over time and caused my OBD CANBUS network to not work properly. This could have resulted in thousands of dollars worth of damage to my cars computer all because the technician who installed the alarm left loose wires. Unbelievable and unreliable work! read more

I walked in and inquired about getting a great sounding stereo for my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee at a reasonable price, Diogo was extremely courteous and explained everything to me thoroughly, I was open to purchase a new head replacement unit and they told me I did not need it to get great sound, so no overselling. The alarm system works as stating except when you touch the car is does not go off! And the customer service of the short guy .. rude I stating I don't want any issue with the police or anything he said no no problem these are legal he showed me three shades in the middle! Well I can't get my car inspected And I called and now he's telling me he told me this whole "schmell" which he did not because there is no way! I WOULD HAVE DID ANYTHING I KNEW WAS ILLEGAL! LITERALLY in no way fashion or form is tints worth a ticket or police engagement. I didn't do it for fashion I did it to try deter the break ins in my car after having my car stole in January and getting a new vehicle! I just asked the guy so people tint their car if it's illegal. Nothing but good things from my experience. This place is literally the chillest laid back place that I've called since I was looking around at a lot of tint shops for quotes, and at around 10 AM they told me the best price but I was bummed out when I was told that they didn't have an appointment for today or tomorrow and I REALLY wanted the work done on my car. At around 3 the same day, Will calls me and tells me someone was a no show and that I could come in if I still wanted it done today. I was so happy and when I asked the prices, Of course it was the BEST..... absolute BEST bang for my buck. As a younger guy with a newer car, I was not pressured into anything like a lot of places do. I came in to prosound for tints, they did 20% on the fronts and 5% on the back. Louie and Diego did a amazing job on my tints, no bubbles very clean. I told them there were 3 little bubbles on the back, that they fixed cleanly. So glossy it reflects, they were also for a really good price being at 120 plus tax in total of 127.95. Everything was done quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable price. Whenever I get work done my car, I hate the idea of having to come back because something was not done right. I saw the Yelp rating for this place and it was close to my home so I went there . The staff is Portugese , but the managers speak perfect English so theres no language barrier . I told them I wanted an alarm system with auto start , and a new radio with a back up camera . They said OK and threw in a free key reader bypass in case I ever loose my key and the charges me $920 They did the work in an hour and 30 minutes , cleanly and professionally . I have a problem with the backup camera , but it's not their fault , I had just got my truck back from Newark autobody after they kept it for a month after telling me it would only take 6 days ! And they didn't connect my break lights, so I have to go back toNewark autobot to fix it ! But the owner of Pro Sound said just bring it back after Newark autobody repairs it and they'll check it for me . I also got a 2 year warranty from the manufacturers, and Pro sound gave me a lifetime warranty on the installation itself ! I recommend this place ! read more

Simply THE BEST! Will and Stefano are the most professional and nicest guys you'll ever meet. They tinted my windows, installed a remote starter as well as installed LED lights in both my low and fog lights. Everything was done perfect and my 2018 Ram truck was left clean. Tints bubbled, paid $299 for a bluetooth device that cost $80 elsewhere, which i am missing the microphone on, doesn't work with my apple music, email the owner, only for him to tell me "that's the price we agreed upon" i emailed him back my reply "NO that's the price you gave me, and said that's the best you can do" never to hear back from him! My Wife and I decided to get our tints done and wondered if we could get Both cars done the same day. So we called "Pro Sound" and Will quickly answered the phone in a very friendly and professional manner.
